If this were to happen to apple, they would deny the existence of the issue, or it would be an unintended feature.
Compared to other companies Samsung has been more than fair, You were able to return your phone and get a full refund, they tried to minimize the inconvenience of returning your phone, not only that, IF you decided to keep your phone, (Honestly why would u with a time bomb in your pocket and your a moron if you did.) You get a $425 trade in. Pretty good deal to me.
