    OnePlus 5 is using last year's Oppo R9 or this year's F3

Bezel-less most likely to come next year on OP6
after Oppo and Vivo come with foldable screens - the new wow factor

Doubt very much OP5T will be bezel-less

pr0p41n3, 24 Oct 2017If you want expandable storage - why not just get the OPPO F5? :)Most likely weaker chipset, weaker rear camera, LCD display (OnePlus might use AMOLED).

i have LG G6 and OP5. being one scanner at the front and one scanner at the back. which one do i prefer, i will say, the back. why? because the position of my index finger is way easier to touch on the scanner than and at the same time, i can also hold the phone very firmly. well, i can touch the scanner using my thumb as well. yes, you are right giving that you need to hold your phone slightly below, otherwise you will need to open a bigger gap for your thumb to reach the scanner, and you may lost grip on holding your phone firmly. you may just drop your phone accidentally. i dropped 2 times in the past 4 months. lucky the case protected well enough. of course you can argue when on the table, front scanner is best. oh that is yes, but i find no issue because i can just double tap and draw the pattern. another 2 or 3 seconds to unlock your phone wont make your life shorter.

mir, 23 Oct 2017If iphones are that fragile, according to you. Then what do... moreNot according to ne, but just look around. Almost all iphones you see, have a cracked screen. Look at the repair statistics, iPhone screens are on top. But yeah, sheeps will always try to deny.

Looks good, more bezelless than the run-of-the-mill 6 inch 18:9 phones coming from China.

If you want expandable storage - why not just get the OPPO F5? :)

[deleted post]Thank. You! Totally agree with you. It's just petty complaining about fingerprint scanner being located at the back in my opinion.

PS: They really need one handed mode feature baked in oxygen OS.

Bravo One Plus!! You did it again. Launching a new phone only after 6 months of your latest flagship!
The so called "Out of Stock" thing i.e. discontinuing the phone that was launch only 6 months back and making your customer feel that they just bought an old discontinued phone!

Also I see speed tests sometimes and OnePlus is OK at that, so does all that matter to a non technical guy in day to day use? My brother doesn't know what processor it has. He just bought it because it looked like an iPhone. Works good for him but to put it bluntly I won't be buying that for exact same reason he bought it. I'd rather prefer Nokia 8 or mi mix 2, if I would ever want to buy a phone costing above 500$

                                      2. Does that change anything? You gave example of Harvey Weinstein. But as it is said here, 'the one who is caught is thief' does it make everyone else not a thief?. I'm trying to submit links of other companies doing that but they aren't working. Will try in a short interval

In the past, Oppo, Vivo, and OnePlus seem to have specific brand strategy. Oppo focuses on camera, Vivo on sound, and OnePlus on geeks. But now they lost focus and start to overlap with each other (Vivo advertising being the selfie phone, OnePlus getting look more like Oppo, etc).

                                        Too bad.
