Thesis86, 23 Oct 2017Releasing a 5T with a Snapdragon 835 instead of waiting for... more835 is old... instead should launch with mediatek x30 or whichever next best latest is available ... and reduce price by say 50%, until they are able to source latest SD 845 or 855... give better camera's .... ois eis sis xis his iis .... and what not... anyways op is on the doom after data stealing... agree they admitted but still... they should have lead by example by following strict rules not to steal.... should have made it public and expose all other companies who still continue ... !!!

Thesis86, 23 Oct 2017Releasing a 5T with a Snapdragon 835 instead of waiting for... moreBecause the OP5 has been left for dead on the design side. The S8/S8+ and G6/V30 stole a march on the OP5. OP had to react. The SD845 won't be available for awhile, anyhow Samsung has first dibs on them ... just like the SD835.

OP can't afford to wait for the SD845 for its design upgrade.

So it makes sense that OnePlus phone designs are similar to Oppo because they share the same factories. OnePlus phones are manufactured by Oppo

You boys just see the reviews and think thats everything,Tho never have used the devices yourself.

I think they've removed the headphone jack. If you zoom in the bottom, you can see the speaker grill on both sides next to the Type c port. 1+5 only had one speaker grill and a headphone jack on the other side.

OnePlus is so greedy so don't support QuickCharge, provided by Qualcomm chips and sell it's usrless chargers that useless if you will charge other non-OP device. All you said about waste energy absolutely has no sense. Wireless charging is useful and saves usb jack.

And yes, i see OnePlus trolls and bots here too. Absolutely obvious presents. Defending bad company by saying "everyone do that" is like to advocate Harvey Weinstein for his rapes because there are other rapists.

They say you can delete your data but what about the one that they give to government? The Apple case, remember that? If you are online, chances are your data is in some Random database anyways, accessible by government easily. And don't even get started on government sponsored hackers and others. Any company needs to work within guidelines and conditions which neither of us have any idea about. No company is different in that regard
Regarding the bad assembly, plenty of companies do that #bendgate, #burnin. One was atleast fixable by software. What about actual hardware one?

Releasing a 5T with a Snapdragon 835 instead of waiting for the Snapdragon 845 seems ridiculous. I'm hoping OnePlus waits until the Snapdragon 845 drops to release this.
