[deleted post]Who cares about "support" is people change phones like underwear. I buy what's best out of the box, not what kind of support it may or may not get.

ahmed, 27 Jun 2011you need to cheeck not me n900 the worset phone i have ... moreYou should't give your opinions based on what your friend has, I have a N900 and a galaxy s, and already use a galaxy II, and the N900 is way better, I never tried mobile browsing like the N900 offers, no matter what people that doesn't have a Nokia N900 say. It could have more apps, that's truth, but I have my galaxy s for that, even if the N900 has basically everything you can need and better implemented, like offline evernote and stuff like that

It is pretty obvious what Nokia is doing, and I am super excited to see how (quick) it will progress...

The UX from the N9 will spill over to s40. Qt support will be fully integrated into s40. s40 is getting the HTML5 enabled browser and dual core processors.

Back when WP7 was announced, Nokia made it pretty clear they were putting all their efforts behind WP7 and s40. Which means, s40 will become what Symbian was supposed to be, and it will have Qt, which means all the apps created now for the N9 will be able to run on the new and improved s40 as soon as it arrives.

You all just wait, s40 will be re-released with a bang, and we all would've have seen it coming. Basically, Nokia realised it would be easier to improve s40 to the point of amazingness, compared to improving the clunky code of s60. s60 has become pile upon pile upon pile of code written by different people, companies and from many different design perspectives. All the while, Nokia has been sitting on the jewel which is s40 and now is the time to make a glorious diamond from that jewel.

Although very excited at the eco-system that WP7 will bring, I am much more excited at the "Nokia-ness" that will come with the new and improved s40 !

Hi neo, if you just click the Source Link in this article for complete facts, it is stated in #25 that ---

"...Well, no idea how I missed this. Jukka Eklund is a product manager at Nokia and a member at TMO (Kozzi) has found some interesting IRC chat that went on with him involved. It seems USB OTG feature just needs to be enabled in software as the hardware is already there. (Like the N900)"

finally Nokia has come up with a nice design after years of boring stuff, a nice UI - and then they go ahead and state the UI wont be continued... how dumb is that, unbelievable... and yes, the price tag weights in too heavy, I mean it's all plastic and even unibody, so the easiest way to create a casing and the specs are good, but not extraordinary... they should use this very design for their first WP7 set...
