HTC ends poor year on a low note: revenues drop to lowest level in 13 years

The HTC U11+ on sale in December, but does not seem to have improved the revenue situation.

I don't understand HTC, they make good phones, they have good deals with Google but still are going down. HOW? Or should I ask WHY?
