Then Apple will find a way to combine the Underscreen FP with 3D Touch and it'll be implemented so many years later as the iPhone X2S where the 2S stands for Scanner Screen and it's also known as iPhone Twelve (12) S.

Being able to unlock your phone without picking it up from the desk (something i do everyday) makes active biometrics so much easier.

Actually after the iPhone X release, everyone is in a race to Move Away from fingerprint sensors Altogether.
So, these guys release a half-complete model, to stay relevant. I would love to see the hit and miss rate of this one. Plus issues with the tech. Also what kind of Screen does the phone have.

Why is a fingerprint scanner under the display so great? From a tech perspective, pretty cool. From a practicality perspective, meh. Scanners on the side or back of phones are great and very practical/comfortable. I don't see the benefit of under display fingerprint scanners.

Mzma PIB, 09 Jan 2018Not reach to my expectation coz still need to tab at specif... morethink that would just bump the price of the phones even more as the sensor will have to cover the whole of the screen. considering the current trend in prices of flagships, dont think users would want phones to be even more expensive xD. a middle placement easily reachable by your thumb while holding with that hand would do just fine IMO (also avoids accidental unlocks i guess??)
