unknown , 02 Apr 2018why all phones have a notch this days ? i jusst hate it... more1st i don't get it why most flagship need notch, but once see how huawei do it i want my phone have a notch,
the phone can set to hide the notch and in the same time can see time/signal maybe notification on the notch area that i think is brilliant.
if the notch can function like that give user choices to have notch or not I think.
I yet to have any notch phone just my opinion for now.

So they asked people about the notch on Reddit, got props for asking and an ovetwhelming, utter hate of the concept of notches by the users, and LG deleted their question, to the confusion of everyone participating. A week later their device WITH a notch leaks. Lol.

OEMs should start readlin... moreWell, you will probably need to wait for some new tech that will hide camera under the screen to come out, because for now, notch is future. Notch is something experimental and its good that Apple was first to use it. If LG was the first one, people would have definitely said a lot worse things then now. Notch is the only way for now (to make bezels smaller and screen bigger) and i am not expecting it to last long, about 2 years at max is my estimation. You must take in account that they do realise that we dont like notch, but there are only 2 ways. To use normal display or use notched displays until they invent something better. So you can either use notch and get comments like "Ugly" etc, or use normal displays and still get called by some, "Old" etc

Anonymous, 02 Apr 2018I don’t think there is any phone even now other than iPhone... morethere isn't any phone even now that has no chin, even the iphoneX. It's because of the display connector at the bottom. iphoneX's chin looks better because the side bezels are as thick as the chin.

Innovate with things that make sense and that people use, like Huawai 3 camera set up. Oled screens, bigger batteries, dual speakers.

I won't buy a phone with a notch. OEMs should start readling the mobile review websites and peoples comments. Nobody likes notches!

Their RGBW smart TVs are horrible. They lack contrast and clarity and look washed out as f*ck. If this thing has RGBW, I will not switch from AMOLED (S7) to this crap.

I get the notch. You simply need space for camera, sensors and so on. But why on earth does it need to have that chin at the bottom?

Although I hate the notch, we'll have to accept it guys. Unfortunately, the notch has come here to stay for some time.
