samsung made powerful device with very reasonablei pricing.
EU customer is disadvantage because of looser apple.

my self use SGS2 & very proud with it... more fast respond & more freedom than selfish apple. in my life, will never buy apple product...

This is rediculous. Apple is jealous of samsung. I mean really. Why in the world would anyone WANT to copy the iOS devices look. Do you think Samsung said "Maybe if we copy the ipad look, maybe more people will buy our tablet!" That makes no sense and it would not help samsung tablet sales. I cant believe how selfish apple is. Thats life. And they should play fair. The court should recognize what apple is trying to do.(Get rid of Android)

Apple cannot accept that Samsung is just rocking with its Galaxy family, and they can't keep up with Samsung. It's just sad to see such a big company act this way. You know why they don't sue Motorola (xoom) and Acer, or any other company that produce tablets and smartphones? Because Samsung is awesome and Apple loses market for Samsung.

I remmber read galaxy 10.1 prototype since on Jan. IPAD2 was so secretly and launch with sales on end of first quarter.How to ban a already have prototype surface then the product selling first. And America Obama now rethink assigned new patent rule to who invent first and who selling first. Wow.Like this Dunlop should ban all Tyre manufacture to made Tyre round.

German law is obviesly completely "insane", and EU should do something about the absurd "laws "in Germany. The Patent-system must also change and not allow absurd "patents" that make it illegal to for everyone else but Apple to make rectangular with rounded corners thin tablets, or rectangular with rounded corners tochscreen phones, and the Apple-"patented" swiping gesture between pictures in gallery is the only logical way the move between pictures in gallery so the Patent-system should not allow these childish, studip and evil, patents to Apple!
This really makes med "hate" Apple, and the stupid iPhone-buyers that support this "evil" and greedy company!

They already went after the galaxy for like 4-6 different infingements and they failed entirely! The only thing that held water was the Galery app and that was Google not Samsung. They won nothing against Samsung yet are still after them on the galaxy again and now are winning on the tab based on the fact that they are both sqaur(which both are not) and that they are slender and and have rounded edges. Those are things that all technology shares and that apple did not bring to the world. They have no real claims. The galaxies of all types look, feel, and run different. They are made completely different with different parts, run different systems, and quite frankly the galaxies are more innovative and run much better.
