... moreMiA1 is not 100% pure Android, Xiaomi add in there own camera software & Mi Feedback, Mi Remote Control, So the update need to go thru Xiaomi, before it reaches consumer, Google only update directly to Pixel phone.
Nokia despite same Android One phone is more stable then Xiaomi, this mean Nokia team do better job.
In conclusion is Xiaomi fault.

Mi is spending more resources on releasing new phones every other day than working on the software as in result ,it's just all bugs ,I remember Oreo was so buggy when they released last year ,and 8.1 will be same ,I guess I am done with mi phone ,even though they give good specs at affordable price ,what's the point if they keep pushing buggy software updates and you are stuck with nougaut even after buying their 2018 phone like note 5 pro ,their software development needs to improve otherwise they are looking at downfall

LOL android One releasing 8.1 now and that too having bug.
Really Nokia is always reliable for android one. They have previous nokia employees and have experience on OS stability.

Interested to buy this phone for my little brother, please advice which one better Mi A1, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Honor 9 lite, Redmi note 5 pro AI, and Redmi 5 pro. Interm of performance, camera, battery life. 4 or 6 gb RAM for playing PUBG and Mobile legend in those listed devices?

Guys , I updated my mobile and I haven't faced any problems. My messages are still there.. and the UI is so smooth.
