So you will need that for optimum performance... Now tell me apps and games optimised for dual-cores Droids... Very few... So wasted power... And I will give you some(mind you some, Not all) reasons why 4S is better:
Global roaming - iPhone 4S has CDMA and GSM chips, negating need for global users to use another phone outside country. S2 has only GSM chip.
Better rear camera - iPhone 4s has 8MP camera with flash, autofocus and state-of-the-art hybrid infrared filter. S2 has same but without the filter.
Siri - Siri can schedule meetings,set reminders, send texts and e-mails, call friends,tell weather and even answer complicated questions. Better yet, Siri understands context, so user does not need to adjust to system, system adjusts to user. S2 has voice solution but it is limited for calling, music, scheduling and launching apps.
Better apps, games and developers support in App Store...

i want to dig in this device,(or maybe just use it as phone NFC is on the way in my country), anyway. ill just wait and wait, maybe Google and Sammy are improving the next Nexus(creeping strategy, but works like a charm :]), my n1 are going to receive ICS TOO, god damn i have an awesome phone too, and i'll get another god-powered phone (YASS!!!)

Why do people brag about the iphone they are being left behind ..why do you think they have so many lawsuits in progress ...they did not invent the cellphone ..i would say a few companies if they got together could ban all worldwide sales off iphone s .. Face it the green robot is the number one os in smart phones ..

Both Samsung and Google have stated the reason for NOT doing this event is to show respect to Steve Jobs and Apple for their loss. Both companies said they will pursue on this event once things have settled down a little bit. They do NOT wish to celebrate while the whole tech world is mourning on Steve Job's death.
Do some research and stop making assumptions such as "ip4s is the best or samsung wants to upgrade their product etc."

The competition between Android distributors (e.g htc, lg, SE) is tough actually. Some even use 3D technology to acquire lots of attention of the consumers. And there's a processor clock speed race evolves since dual-cored phones appeared. too many to mention, and we shouldnt tolerate spoonfeeding here.
