And SD 855 will be announced in December almost 4 months and phone with that chip will come in January last or February so long time to compete...

Cpu looks powerful, but gpu already outdated and it is 2017 technology will face 2019 chipset with much better tech. G72mp18 in galaxy s9 family literally sucks and no match for as 845 adreno 630. So I guess g72mp24 will not going to do much of power up. So as usual Huawei will be behind in gpu power, nothing to see here, once 855 and new exynos will come out soon after to dominate the market as usual.

Why so many people hate Huawei? A77 might not exsist currently but its possible ARM and Huawei had a partnership or something and A77 will be unvieled and debut with Kirin 980 or it could be a slightly tweaked A76 and imo they should use 30 GPU cores to make sure they arent outperformed by SD 855

And they could have done more with it but more focus and money was going into the larger cpu cores of the 9810. And would have also meant that there would probably more heat and throttling if they beefed the gpu and the cpu with power hungry big cpu cores.
And it's still not far behind the adreno 620.
If they used a 20-32 core set up it would make a much bigger difference.
But the g76 will be here and that's a large improvement.

why use mali - g72 , they should have gone with mali g 76, then this chip would be a beast. and also lddr5 ram should be used as well

There is no Cortex-A77 core in real. ARM announced A76. So this is a bit strange.

It will heat up & throttle like there's no tomorrow.

980 is coming though. Probably with a76 cores and 7nm. And probably a big Mali G72 set up.
So it will be powerful.
