Also calling a Nokia phone an "HMD phone" is like calling the Apple iPhone "Foxconn iPhone".

Huawei's chipset doesn't conform with GPL.
They also have very poor 4g support now for anything outside of China and India I can only imagine how bad 5g support will be. People can order phones off the internet from anywhere. They cannot add LTE bands.
Both are correctable problems.
