2. Most android phones offer SD card and don't look at the chinese phones because those are Apple copy cats.
3. The phones offer 64,128,256,512 Samsung has that, Sony 64 and might change in the next year to 128, LG 64, 128, HTC 64, 128 and all of them come with micro SD card slot which is better.
64GB on non SD card phone like the iPhone isn't good because at some point it will become full and I saw it in my own eyes so you have to pay money for the iCloud.

Does your mom, uncle, grandma, need or use that much space? Pretty sure they dont.
That's why the vast majority of phones sold are the cheap ones, and their users dont need that much space.
You can just buy a higher spec model and call it a day, which at the current premium prices, its not a huge difference.

Also you're promoting non expandable storage because most people don't use it. You don't use a fire extinguisher most of the time but you're glad you have it in the room once you need it.

I still can't understand why there is not a specs page for these phones yet, while phones that are programmed to be revealed in october are in the rumor mill; like Pixel 3?

64GB on a flagship is good enough. Thats why only Samsung is offering the slot on their phones, everybody else dont, and people is not bitching about it.

Remember the good old time when you could buy the last iPhone at 650€, but now... (TT)
Ok they have better applications and optimisation in there App store but more than 1000€ is a lot.

Can't say no one saw this coming. All prices skyrocketed compared to a few years back.
Lately it feels it isn't about the phone rather than what ecosystem you're more comfortable with. It wasn't that much back in 2010-13. This takes a lot to explain but in term of firmware upgrades:
with apple you have little choice but extended firmware service (flawed but effective). With android you either opt for the Pixles to get same update treatment but are also overpriced, or go for overpriced flagships that die after 2-3 years in term of upgrades.. OR you buy a budget phone which costs nothing and forget about this madness, but get stuck with the same OS (OEM dependent) and agreeable or bad performance.
I'm comfortable with the latter ^_^;

So if you want more you will have to pay more and for the cheaper model is losing his cheapness :D

People will go for the cheap one since they all look like each other and act the same way
So they will take the higher storage for the cheaper one.
People the iPhone for the name not what they have so the bigger will gain money but not like the cheapest and that's why they're delaying the cheaper one by a stupid reason.
Also they might make the cheaper one to miss some elements the 2 bigger sibling offering so they will balance but at the end of the day people will get the cheaper because as said people will buy app any way just for the name and to brag
