In my opinion Huawei doesn't have to taunt Apple or Samsung for their new phones in order to get new customers. Any smartphone manufacturer has to obtain new users by highlighting their strong points and innovations in their new product. Few Apple users switch to Huawei or Samsung because they are used to the iOS ecosystem . The same is true for Android users because the OS is more open to user customization .
I am a former Samsung user and current iPhone user , I encourage my friends an family to buy a smartphone that is perfect for them and for their needs regardless if it is an Android smartphone or an iPhone , because in the end your smartphone needs to provide the best user experience for YOU.

From what I see from photos taken by P20 Pro, the colors does not match to the environments, even with AI off. With AI, colors are way off. How can the sky be so blue at all. Dynamic range is also meh. TBH, P20 Pro camera is no big deal beside having the insane Night mode. Its Front Facing camera is much worse. There is no way to turn off beauty mode totally.

Those who have one in their pocket don't care, because when I take a picture with my P20 Pro I'm pretty sure it's one of the very best. And FYI Mate series have been using the back-facing FPS since 2014, first introduced in Mate 7. Xiaomi then copied it with Redmi Note 3, and it's not the other way around.

Maybe Apple could troll back about their abismal LTE support. The other problem of locked bootloaders they both have so it's a wash.

But, gotta admit Huawei is right, compare Iphone X with Iphone Xs, really is just a minor upgrade, almost same camera, new chip, same design, same price, its really a minor upgrade, I like Huawei, but we still have to see if Mate 20 will not be a minor upgrade too, since they were mocking Samsung for the Note 8 to Note 9 minor upgrade, gottta wait one month to see, if they are talking bs or for real.
