I'll never understand apple fanboys... Never willing to admit their getting inferior hardware for twice the price.. apple wants to sell a phone that's not even 1080p for over $700? I honestly can't fathom who would buy that. Probably only sheep would..

They throttled devices with BAD BATTERIES, in order to prevent sudden shutdowns. In other words, they extended the lifetime of your phone even further, even if you ignored the warnings they gave you that your battery needs service.
Apple is also the only company that:
A) Gives you your operating system and all on-board services included in the price, rather than invading your privacy to scrape up all your data to make money off of you that way, like Google does.
B) Supplies you with 5+ years of software updates to extend the longevity and resale value of your device.

For the price of one Iphone i can buy 3-4 Android phones in these 4-5 years that you will use the iphone i have 2-3 phones by then and the latest one will be more powerful then your 4-5 years old crapple. It's not like you have 5 years guarantee on your phone. You either get 12 months and thats it. When something happens to the phone and it needs fixing it will cost a lot too. A lot more then on android phones that are expensive too to repair. For the price range i am looking for i can buy even 5 phones in that 5 years and still have money left where you buy one phone.
Stuupid or not is not the point. My phones last more then 2 years but i change them after 2 years cause i want a new phone not cause i need new phone. And the price range i look phones at i dont expect to get updates. While i have under 200 euro phone right now i have got already 4 security updates and bug fixes. Will get the one major android update to Pie too with this phone. Not as soon as most phones but still. It's nothing i care about.
My PC is 4-5 years old and i dont see a point to upgrade even graphics card that i have GTX970 in it. Maybe next year in after market 1070 or 1080 or TI versions of them

Basically every SD845 cpu phone that is on android will keep up with this apple phones and every game will play on maximum settings smoothly. You will not see a difference in gameplay.
Only difference is how buggy the game is on either android or ios.
What is support i dont get. Is it getting just updated and thats a support ?
If you phone broke down or need repair you still need to pay for it after the guarantee is over and as we know there is no thing in apple world that has low cost. And from the history of apple phones your 4 year old phone will be slowed down by software updates or they just add things in that will drain battery or make something that will make the phone really slow so you need to buy new phone. But this is no excuse that they dont do it anymore or what ever you guys believe what they say

Buying an iPhone Xs should be good to go for the next 5 years, not 2. A bit of how my PC from 2011 is still as good as ever (CPU @ 4.8Ghz, 8 thread, 16GB of RAM 256GB SSD. 2TB HDD. Only the GPU needed to be changed).
So Apple helps you in that by not giving you something that trashes he r phone *and* doesn't drop support after 2 years (like most do).
It's too dumb to buy a new phone every two years at his point in time. Lol.

Im honestly surprised that the XS Max dosen't come with a wireless charger similar to the Apple watch with the sheer size of the box, they could easily impliment this into their device box and then having the Xs and the X R coming with a fast charging block, even a faster cable would be suffice
