Well only Samsung can sell average midrangers for a price f flagship.
And this is just average midranger with a price of flagship.
And as we know Samsung they add SD450 or something so it will be a basic phone with a price of flagship.
Forests and animals are dying but human stupidity lasts forewer.

Sooner or later, phone cases will no longer be as protective/effective as they should be because possibly years from now, all phones will have more than 10 cameras popping at the back like tumors.

Shanti Dope, 10 Oct 2018Idk about movable color filters, and I think it's quite imp... moreIdk about movable color filters, and I think it's quite impossible with the current generation of smartphones as of now. Besides, pixels are permanent. You can't turn a RGB pixel into a B&W pixel in a matter of seconds or two.
The idea is also fantastic, but it really needs a lot of research and time.
Pixels are permanent, but CFA is a colour layer on top, painted on the glass above the sensor. If the glass moves (or 1 of 2 glass layers moves), it would be possible to add more detail and better sensitivity. I also realised that the development in micro lens has been stagnant (and probably incorrect, design-wise, since the micro lens and Bayer Pattern were created) so that too needs a re-think. I am finding the new Pixel 3 images to be too soft, almost hazy. If sensor could add more light only by fluctuating between colour and B&W and redesigning micro lenses. If one were to add UV and IR range information and fuse it with the final image, we could see images with way more detail, sharpness and dynamic range.
I am guessing pushing these alone could add between 2.5 to 5 times as much sharpness and dynamic range.

Will it have an OIS sensor on the main camera? If not, these 4 cameras will not have as much quality

What's the point of a separate depth camera? Can't you do it with the other 3 cameras?

Triple Camera A7 takes brilliant photos. Better than Poco F1 or any nearby competetion. On8 has better camera than Redmi Note 6 Pro.. I have tried them all myself.

The only left thing for Samsung is to find out what things could they do with such a camera setup like this.
Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for the 48MP Quad Bayer IMX500 sensor from Sony, which could grow in pixel size as 1.6um when set to 12MP.
