So I think poco should be a wise choice especially if you keep in mind the extraordinary ordinary prices of the nokia phones, Such nokia 7.1, 7 plus costs more than poco and they offer way worse performance because of their much weaker chipsets. And I think OnePlus 6t isn't the smartest choice anymore

We do respect both brands but while comparing the specs and build quality, I will go with OnePlus 6T

Sorry but honestly, Xiaomi aren't wrong.
Oneplus is continuously increasing its segment pricing, now reaching Indian Rupees 45,xxx!!
And I admit while LG and Samsung are even higher, but they give quality. If you're focused on camera and audio, you will get LG/ Samsung/ etc... Right?
What is Oneplus, compare its audio quality and camera to Pocophone and let me know?

How can Xiaomi called the pocophone master of speed if it can't even beat OnePlus 6 in benchmark results.

If you only care about performance I'd say Pocophone is a better option but the 6T has a better screen, a more durable build and much better availability. In fact F1's are selling for basically the same price over here.

And you speak as if Xiaomi's the first one to do something like this. Like Huawei gave out power banks for people standing in line for the new iPhone with a note reading "You'll need it". It's called friendly rivalry. And an cheeky marketing tactic. And if it's about hiding their shortcoming then everyone does that. Apple hid the notch with a dark wallpaper. Google tried to hide the notch with a weird artsy angle. That's just how marketing works.

I don't like what Xiaomi did here.
They do offer great value for the money, but so does OnePlus.
I think that OnePlus is far from perfect, but is awesome deal for the price, it is more expensive than Pocophone but it also brings more to the table.

Stupid move from Xiaomi, besides the Snapdragon 845 the two phones have nothing in common, OnePlus has by far a lot of good things

Pocophone F1 is good for normal use. But the in-built 4G modem is not optimized to support as many as carriers and 4G network bands likes OnePlus 6T. Instead OnePlus 6T has been optimized to support more carriers and 4G network bands. OnePlus 6T addresses the bad reception of 4G network that Pocophone F1 does not able to.
OnePlus 6T also has NFC support which can support cashless payment or exchange information via NFC. Pocophone F1 does not support NFC which is one of the disadvantages in the era of cashless payment in Europe and in most of Asia regions.
Pocophone F1 also does not support video playing of 1080P because it does not support of Widevine L1 DRM for apps like Netflix to stream HD videos.
