If you have something that is extremely taxing on the CPU--video editing always comes up--it makes sense to have a powerful core to deal with that single task. And since you're highly unlikely to be doing more than one of these intensive processes at once, it makes sense to have just one huge super-core that you can dedicate almost your entire thermal budget to.

Apple has been winning this area since 2015.

I'll believe it when I see it. I want GeekBench. Not AnTuTu. Qualcomm has let me down for years. And battery life has never really improved.

It will be faster than Kirin 980, but no way faster than the A12 Bionic. And that, only when it comes to benchmarks. In real world, the test have shown, that the Kirin 980 can be faster than the A12 from Apple.

Interesting, once again A76 cores. Now where are all those people who were claiming the A75 was somehow better yesterday?

Interesting. Now I'm excited to see what the We Exynos can do

Dont get me wrong the SD845 is a very good SoC but the A12 is more efficient and more powerful I mean it should be since its a generation in front of the SD845 but the hell people thesee "speed tests" only testchow fast can a phone load an app from memory to RAM and then they test what kind of RAM managment phones have so they basically mean nothing

God, grow up folks...cmon, my dad is stronger then ur dad.
Think we all have good specs in 2018 and for the future now, no matter what brand we have, hate or love.

App opening times in smartphones is going to be reduced dramatically starting next year with UFS 3.0 standard and it will come first to samsung s10.

Heavy games will open instantly and run smoothly due to faster memory and LPDDR5 RAM which could mean that galaxy s10 will be a beast.
