They can streamline their product lines. Instead of releasing several variants of As, Js, ONs they can just release a mini variant of their flagships to target OnePlus’s market and a single model in lowrange and concentrate fully on flagships. But, this problem is common for all big manufacturers with the kind of onslought the multitudes of Chinese brands are making.

Samsung phones look like toys, that design and those pastel colors... to girlish even for a girls. They look sweet, tooo sweet and not mighty at all (doesn't matter if then acctually are powerfull). And that kiddy UI. Yack!

Dont worry, samsung still got the quality branded device throughout the years.
And i believe they will surprise us with the S10 series with many good things to keep their momentum as they got too many competition nowadays. As for mid range & low end device, bad sales hurts them as many chinese manufacturers offer better specs for the price. As for flagship, Apple, Samsung & Huawei got it own pros & cons. U cant go wrong with either one.

I Love Samsung.. So Much So That I Just Passed On Litterally All SDM Flagships For Note 9 512 GB Exynos 9810 Version Even Though It Got A Bad Rap Among The Tech Community.. They Just Need The Right Nudge.. Don't Go For True Full Screen But Improve On Cam Software (Too Much Softness And Warm Colours) Caliberate Their Displays Better(60 Or Better Yet 90 FPS Would Be Better.. Right Now They Berely Touch 30 Or So).. Save UDFPS For The Highest Variant(Also Note 10) But Also Give A Traditional FPS On The Back(Like Mate's Porsche RS).. Sealed But Give The Highest Variant Atleast 4500 mah Graphite Battery(Last I Heard, It Was Production Ready).. Rest 4000 Mah Li Ion.. Base Variant Can Kick In For 3800 Or So..And Give The Cooling System Better Than Note 9.. And Put The Jack On The Bottom Right Side With Better Stereo Speakers(The One On Note 9 Is Softer And Unbalanced..
Last On The Design Part, That Depends Upon Individual Tastes.. I Seriously Love Curved Screens Mixed With Sony's Glass Loop Surface Screen At 6.4 Inch 18.5 Infinity Display(I'll Go For StB @ 87 - 89% 90 9r Above Is Too Much 4 The Size) Ultra HD(For The Highest Variant.. If They Are Going 4 Triple Cam,Go 4 Main Cam 12 MP Dual Aperture(This Time Go For f/1.4 - f/2.6, Variable Of Course, Not Unlike Fixed Like The Previous Gen) 2nd Monochrome, 3rd Ultra Wide Angle 110 - 120 Degree Cam For 1080p Super Slow Mo(If Going 4 A Splurge Then Why Not 720p Super Slo Mo 4 Front Cam).. 4K @ 60(120 Would Be Better) With OIS & EIS.. Price The Highest Variant(10/512 GB Expandable) For 1099 Bucks And Start The Base Variant(8/128 Expandable) For 799 Bucks.. Dex and Linux on dex is just following in the footsteps of Motorola, and in aprt also Microsoft, not innovating.
Samsung is growing stale, time to rethink and stop with gimmicks (infinity display). Fact remains that to win customers you have to have a great device at a competitive price.

Here's a thought: make a good phone for a decent price. It's so crazy it just might work! This is not just a Samsung problem though. The smartphone business has become a parody of itself in just 2 years time with all the latest "innovations".

Samsung must put quality in their devices, not only performance! quality!
I have an S8 that I needed to sent to service after 1 year because all sensors get broken. I have a Samsung tablet that I sent to service because get broken. note7? ... ...
most probably I will not buy a Samsung again due to quality issues, not performance, performance is very good, but I need a reliable phone!
