China is taking over the world economically, they offer poor zones economical stability and in return country's lend their soil for Chinese advancements for numerous years. China is taking over the world in a legit way but with an hidden agenda that scares others.

lyndino, 24 Nov 2018Did he really though? All I see is a business man in the... moreseriously dude? i thoguht US was the land of capitalism and democracy. with these restrictions Trump just proved how much of an hypocrite he is. wanna make america great again? come with some revolutionary ideas, dont band other brands.

talking about defects, what about bendgate, antennagate, throttling and all the other shady issues of your idevices? oh wait, I know, idevices dont have defects, only hidden features.

give me a break please, all the manufactures have technical issues. open up your eyes and look out of the box. samsung had the note7 pocket grenade, yet people still buy samsung. what about the new ipad pro which bends like a piece of paper? is that a feature, they wanna compete with samsung foldable phone? please, enlighten me :)

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2018Good, ban all the chinese crap in the u.s, anyway, Apple is... morespeak for yourself bro. switched from huawei mate 8 to iphone 8+ for one year. now i am back to huawei. iphone is good, but it's not for everybody. personally I find iphones good, but not great. the only great thing about iphone was that it was working great with my macbook pro, but that's all. itunes is a mess, OS gives me limited customizability, rather dull and boring UI (that's subjective). In other words a pain to sync my media across all of my devices wich are not ios/macos based. It's not an issue for me, but did i mention the price? iphone doesnt offer great value for money. you pay a premium just for 'social status', that ' it's cool to have an iphone, it makes you look rich.'

The USA should present proof of this alleged "espionage" bs they accuse Huawei of because so far they've only thrown around some accusations with no proof or willingness to have a conversation with Huawei.
To me it just seems like they're worried about a Chinese company growing so fast and they're trying to stop it or at least slow it down.

Hahaha, they think we gonna buy Apple shit instead? No way, Huawei better at half at the price. Stupid.

Anonymous, 25 Nov 2018Man , Zte and Huawei are telecom equipment manufactures.... moreI don't know if people understand that.

I think it's great that the US government prohibited there government employees to stop using Hauwei, for a very good reason. And the fact that most European countries have more ties with the US furthers my decision for even them to band against a communist regime who could potentially use sensitive data.

I don't think it has anything to do with Apple itself.

I am glad that someone is finally calling attention to the fact that China's government is closely involved with some of its largest companies and engages in massive industrial and political espionage.

Giving the Chinese the keys to the EU's, Australia's and US's next gen networks would be outright stupid.

Spend another few quid and get a phone from a country which does not monitor its own citizens through an increasingly sophisticated web of surveillance aided by AI, does not steal intellectual property by forcing "partnerships" with local trojan horses and does not ban search engines (and VPN) which would allow their citizens to see a world beyond that which the Party allows.

Samsung and Apple make better phones, and others make better switches, anyway.
