No Android Pie in Finland yet. I guess this information is inaccurate, maybe it's available for those who were in beta program. But it's probably coming to everyone before the end of the year.

The Camera API 2 is disabled with this release. I was planning to install the Pixel Camera after the updated, but Xiaomi f****d it all up. The Xiaomi camera also didn't get any improvement. I am moving to Nokia who are truly committed to Android One program.

In Pakistan people don't want to buy Xiaomi Mi phones because of very high prices with low specification and no Android OS updates.
