    Okay, they did bring up some improvement to the ideas when they've implemented them on their own products, but not made them exactly class-leading.
    Their last major work is still the fingerprint scanner, and that was still the work of Steve Jobs, not Tim Cook.
    Facial Recognition is more or less a secure, but very complicated security biometric, and it's still possible to be unlocked with someone who has nearly identical facial features as you do. Iris Scanner, I believe, is still the best in pure security.
    So what exactly did they implement thay aren't half-baked?
    From this point of time, I have seen nothing really big from them, except how they're implementing new features that every other phones already have. You know, something they should've done in the very beginning...

      You're so clever to admit what's true anyway, and you simply can't admit that no one has yet defeated that camera beast for such a long time already when it comes to PURE image quality (no processing bullsht that makes photos look artificial).
      Because talking about image quality, why don't we take the RAW photos of the best smartphone camera of 2018 and the Nokia 808 PureView, and edit them to make them better?
      If not because of the lower quality lens, the 808 PureView would still be able to deal a massive blow against MOST smartphone cameras today.
      You should never underestimate the power of the legendary camera phone.

I had a pair of wired AKG earbuds that came with with the S8 and they were great, had some skullcandy earbuds before that and those were also amazing. Kid's used them and they are forever lost. I've evolved into some cheaper bluetooth ($85) on ear headphones and also a set of bluetooth Skullcandy HESH2 over ear and they both sound great. I'm no audiophile but I like good sounding loud music, not obnoxiously loud but good deep base solid mids and great high's.
          It could go either way for me.

            No color gradient is going to hide that gargoyle like feature.
            You want a clean camera, look no further than the S8, smooth (almost 100% smooth) rear. That's clean.

Bluetooth hasn't really worked that well (regardless of what anyone says). The only alternative is to offer something that occupies 1/3-1/4th the space and get a new standard. It could work with older headphones with an adaptor. But bluetootj isn't ready to replace headphones. Yet.

Also the whole headphone jack via USB-C has be e a monumental failure. Therefore, Yes, something that should help people actually use the port instead of some overhyped and unused bluetootj standard or Wireless headphones. I don't personally like wires, but we aren't there yet to get rid of it.

People like to downplay Apple's influence, yet they remain the golden standard in the mobile industry. For instance, it was Essential that introduced display notches, yet the market followed and copied Apple's implementation of it. Many Android copycats don't even house camera technology as advanced as Face ID to merit the existence of said notch.
