Nope. A9 device non existent. There's A8 though on iPad Mini 4, (and iPod touch 6G. You will need to slide all the way down and click iPod for that)
Basing on that info... A10 guranteed with chance of A11

    Yeah more bendable iPad!

      But are these foldable like the larger iPad Pros? I love these intentional hidden features that Apple don't tell you about.

          Personally I find the iPad mini 4 still usable in 2018

                    I'd be buying a new mini right away if it has a 8-9" screen at a footprint ~ to or smaller than the current mini, if it is priced ~350$ for 128 gigs. This is what I want. But knowing Apple... They'd surely find a way to rip off their customer.

                      Just keep the price down, add the A11 and im surely buying one.

                          i've been using an iPad Mini 2 for... about 3.5 years now and it's held up admirably well. i basically only use mine to watch video content in bed these days, but it's perfect for such things. well built, too. would be nice if they kept the Minis alive

                                      Size of iPad mini was very ideal.
                                      Unfortunately they discontinued.
                                      But if news are correct then it's good. I suppose they are trying to fit in more screen size by going minimal / no bezels and retain the dimensions of old iPad mini.
                                      Not bad.

                                      I will wait and watch.
