Apple finally acknowledges lower-than-expected iPhone sales

Cause of lower than expected iPhone sales - selling their hot garbage for exorbitantprices than what they're actually worth, not to mention shortchanging their customers by putting cheap accessories like a slow charger and not having Airpods or even a headphone dongle in the box with every purchase.
If it was a proper competitive pricing, the XS should only be around $500 for the base model, and the XS Max around $600, and the XR should only be around $400.

I am an iPhone user ,not a mac user not in the hype of the new smarthwatch thingy...so i can only say this been useing an iPhone since iphone 3g and never skiped a model TILL iphone 8/X and now XS and if the prices keep going only up...This iPhone i own atm (iPhone 7 Plus) will be my least apple product....Its not about the money its about the principel if we keep paying more for less we(the customers) at one point will get nothing for way more sooooooooo No...Yes apple products are good yes they are future proof yes they keep your os update for 3-4 years...but at a price of 1,1k base and 1.4 maxed and thats without the fast charger a case and the hole other things even the dongle ....aint worth it and I know other phones come out at this price and over a short period they lose there value but still thats cuz its the sheep acting if 1 can do it why cant we...If apple sells for 1,1 we sell cheaper not by much so at 999(huawei 20 pro,s9 plus,note9) but all this come with fast charger/dongle/some even with cases so except that fact that you get support for longer of updates...which in all fairness aint that much cuz even an i7 920 can run windwos 10 but can it compaile at the same rate as an i9 9900?no it cant soo again does 4 years support of soft worth the extra cash and the lost of so much more in the right now dep?imo not atleast not for the last 2 years/generations of apple iPhone products

What Apple did wasn't only unethical, i... moreDude you ppl"in the brench" or so you like to call yourself useing an apple for running office...not the brighest in the room...btw you are right about 1 thing and 1 thing only...Apple is a big big greedy b..... and it they can cut corners on a 0,01 cent thing which will also make your laptop/phone or mac life shorter they will its basic politics and its normal if 1 thing can least 2 years and its warrnty for 1 and breaks and 2y 2m and 10d its a win for them...since the fix is gonna cost you more than the acutal value of the item at the space/time point...

In November Apple was claiming they have 16% increase in revenue in China and were patting themselves on the back.
Now just a few weeks later they're blaming China for huge revenue losses.

If your not a Brand snob, fashion slave or a fool with money you soon realise that a $300 phone can do all the things a $800+ phone does. This is whats happening and this is why sales are slowing. Honor phones fly off the shelf for their value for money making Huawei the second biggest.
Seriously what are you getting for all that money apart from ripped off?

It makes sense for it to be a factor yes, but is it Apple's fault that batteries don't last forever? Yes putting a new battery in might tempt customers to keep their old devices as maybe the battery was the only reason they were thinking of upgrading.

If Apple make a SE replacement I'll switch regardless of price. I just need a comfortable smartphone, is that too much to ask for? I've got the best one at the moment (XZ2C) but it's still much wider than SE.
