HTC Wildfire S gets to Android 2.3.5 as well, no Sense 3.0 though

alexxey, 17 Jan 2012after I applied software update for my phone (HTC Wildfire ... morenice to know i'm not the only one! another problem is that the phone won't connect to mobile internet. wifi works fine. just a few days ago the mobile internet worked just as it is supposed to.
i received the update on the 14th or 15th january in Estonia.

Updated HTC wildfire S to Android 2.3.5
Got 25Mb more free internal memory and around 20 MB more free RAM....m lovin it

after I applied software update for my phone (HTC Wildfire S), and the android version updated from 2.3.3 to 2.3.5 (Software number is 2.13.401.2) I cannot install any application or update existing ones. Downloading icon appears for 1 sec and instantly disappears - for some reason apps won't download. My wife and the friend of mine have same phones (Wildfire S) - and they have same issues with installation/update of the applications. So I guess is there any solution for this issue? Maybe there's going to be some fix for that, or someone can advice something (has solution for that)?

I got 2.3.5 in December 2011.
Differences:
RAM used memory 130 - 140 MB (as before), RAM free memory 285 - 295 MB (about 20 MB more)
My recommendation is to install the new update because is feel better and smoother operation after the update. Greetings from Macedonia.

I live in India. I got my Wildfire S update a month ago. Its cool but, without Sense 3.0 its not so much.... I hope HTC gives an update soon.......:-)

I god 2.3.5 in Macedonia via FOTA update.
Software number is 2.13.401.2, HTC Sence version is 2.1, only the lock screen is from Sence 3.0. Android market version 2.3.6. The size of the internal storage of the phone is no change. Feel better and smoother operation after the update.

Croatia and rest of ex Yugoslavia confirms 2.3.5 update, it came yesterday :D
there is no such a hipe as it was with DHD update but still very nice of HTC... although sens 3.0 is missing

First before I installed main system update 2.3.5, also via (FOTA update) I installed another 3 updates: HTC checking service, Updater and Download manager.

I got the 2.3.5 update (India).
Just love the new Sense 3.0 lockscreen but would really love to have Sense 3.0 UI update.. :(

got the update 2.3.5 wildfire s @ around 7:30pm gmt England.. I wish it'd come with something a little more noticible than a ring to unlock the screen.. a little pointless too.. novel yet pointless

Got the update here in India. 2.3.5. Don't know about the sense upgrade though.

Got the update to 2.5.5 and a new lock screen and it fixes the unlocking and call answering and call ending bug on the phone.

Hm .. updated it earlier you have to make sure you had 25mb free on your phone , not seen much changes , apart from the lock screen ... Not keen on it , its literally a circle ( known as a ring ) that you pull up to unlock personally not my cuppa tea and I am looking online to see if i can get rid of the lock screen I muchly prefer the old one =/

I updated my Wildfire S to 2.3.5 new lock screen, my internal memory is 25 MB bigger, I'm in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but my phone is restarting very often now, what is the problem?

I still didn't get the update for my Wildfire S. I tried in Romania and Denmark, but still nothing :( Not fair.
