    How much does a Mate porsche edition cost again?? Over 2 thousand right? Does it have 1tb internal storage? A fast better fingerprint sensor? 10 GB of Ram? Nope

    yet when samsung pushes tech and charges more its an issue.

      My western Digital elements 2,5 inch 2TB HDD cost me 90 euros.
      Samsung ask 500 for a difference between 64GB and a 1TB thats ridiculous.

Just 18 years ago, I had a 40GB hard drive for my desktop. Now? I have a 2TB drive as that's the standard. In the next 30 years(Starting from 2020), we should be having 100TB drives. Maybe Hard Disk drives will cease to exist and Solid State Drives will become the norm.

          UFS 3.0 is more like a NVME SSD for desktops. It's as fast as a Samsung 970 pro. I guess sammy tried to save some costs for this. Eventually, the writing speed is good enough for 4k or even 8K videos.

            Boring. Smartphones can't replace laptops ever and hence such a huge storage is useless

              Like we need 1TB on a phone and like we need to pay 500 more bucks for a 1TB disk space when 64 + SD card is more than enough.
              Even 32GB is enough for 90% of people using smartphones.

                If anything, Samsung could include their own on the more expensive S10 models (due to low production), but im not that sure.

                  I don't think the speeds are impressive at all. UFS 2.0 is years old. UFS 3.0 should be able to match NVMe of iPhones, which is around 3000 MB/s

                    This can be a selling point for S10+ against Huawei P30 Pro. Otherwise, S10 series is just Samsung's catch-up effort against its peers.

                                Looking forward to 1TB Galaxy Note 10 later in the year.

                                  Shoot a lot of RAW photos or 4k HDR high bitrate movies and 1Tb should be used soon enough.

At first i thought 64 gb internal - combined with 128gb sd card is an overkill but my usage went past to 256 gb sd + 128 gb internal. All it depends upon the usage . A hdr movie weighs around 14-20 gb alone
