It goes like this, produce mediocre midrange phones at their target price-point and market them heavily to masses.

But the Pictures it c... moreFirstly, make deep research, because redmi note 7 can also take full res photos, where you can zoom more, but the quality of pixel bining 12mp photos is just better, theonly way to make full res photo better is to capture it in good light conditions and edit by using photo editing tools, like contrast, sharpness increase at the cost of natural photo being ;)

I would say that Xiaomi's PR people were not that techie enough to know that PLS TFT is analogous to IPS of LG. The naming is just different to avoid copyright payments to LG. If only that they focused in the camera department then their argument is surely valid.

Guys, You are forgetting an important factor here,
People will, most Likely, pay 2K extra for Samsung Brand name.
So effectively, Note 7 costing 14 K will be fighting with M30 16 K.
Samsung still has enough of a brand identity above Xiomi in this regards.
Though you have to admit, Xiomi is selling one hell of a value preposition.

People are also cautious about the Brand Image and the after sales service advantage, the areas in which Samsung is ahead of Xiaomi. Not to forget that people even have a lot of other choices and brands with better specs overall other than Xiaomi and Samsung.

You guys are blinded by hatred and fanboyism. No one can be sure rn7 pro will kill m30 or not. We'll see what happens.

Throwing shade on their own camera s... moreIt's not Xiaomi's fault if Samsung can't come up with something better or at least just as good as Redmi Note 7 in the same price segment. Apart from battery life, what does Galaxy M20 have over Note 7? Nothing. And mind you, M30 will have to compete with Note 7 Pro, which uses the better Sony camera sensor and the significantly faster chipset than the regular version. It's Samsung who's being scared here.
