Apple foldable display patent showcases multiple interesting designs

It seems Cupertino is busy experimenting with pretty much every perceivable way of implementing foldable displays into its devices.

      lol "Patent" ... and some of you are wondering why people call that company crApple. Samsung and Xiaomi will release their foldable phones very soon while Apple has only some "interesting" designs. Apples next inovation will be fingerprint reader in display with usb-c for a "great" price tag of 1500 €. Apple is just a big joke few last years.

            [deleted post]As an android user and fan, I can tell you that there are at least 3 major groups in the Android world :
            - Samsung fans
            - Sony fans (Sony is the most attacked brand in the Android world by haters and payed trolls, believe it or not)
            - Chinese brands fans
            I find myself in the first two only.
            BUT, we all have 2 things in common :
            - our love for open-source android
            - our disgust towards such a restricted OS like iOS.
            In the end it is all about what kind of a user you are, your taste and needs. Try them all and choose what you like best is my philosophy.
            This hate towards other brands just because you own a different one is totally irrelevant and dumb.
            Cheap people will continue buying cheap phones, show-offs will still buy gold iPhones and so on, no matter what your comment is.
            I could tell you all the reasons I personally dislike iOS for, but that's irrelevant because we're different people.

                  They will copy the idea from others and then they will present it as their own and the very first :)))
                  Same as they did with all their stuff. From their first mac copying the idea from Xerox Alto, down to their notched iPhones.

                    Iphone users about foldable phones before this: Boo, nobody needs this gimmick, it's useless, ugly and expensive!

                    After : Aww man it's awesome! iPhone is the best! Apple did it first! I can afford it and you can't!

                    Personality is embrace the foldable trend, but no matter what you do, the iPhone will still have a restricted and prison-like OS.

                    Android. Because I have a brain and I'm not afraid to use it!

                            My earlier comment (in another article post) had reference to a protective devices during the process of making love. that was justifiably deleted.
                            Hopefully my comment too here isn't randomly deleted due to bias.

                              This will be prices $3000, and offer no single improvement over anything available before it. It will flaunt a certain logo and some section of buyers will buy these in the millions, mortgaging their homes and taking loans to buy these, standing outside stores for weeks to be among the first 100.
                              And u thought z om bies were only in films.

                                        I dont want to be rude but Samsung said its foldable phone will cost over 1600. This is apple.
                                        I really dont think that anyone with healthy brain will pay much over 2-3000 for basic phone which can do new trick.
