Interesting there's no spec on weight, size and dimensions. Something tells me it's going to be very thick and heavy.

That alone kills the possibility of this phone selling.
Because even at $1500 it wouldn't be too expensive if it was able to replace a high end phone and tablet on the same device. If the phone side had a full screen display it would look modern and thus desirable, so some people would buy it. Now it looks ancient and undesirable and nobody is buying for the gimmick of the tablet use.
I mean tablet use is fine to have *if* you already fixed/built well the phone use. If this sucks as a phone it would suck as a tablet as well (I.e. nobody is buying).
And in general I do not expect 2 folded devices to seel, the resulting tablet is too small. The phone is too awkwardly tall.
Future design would be 3-folded design, Westworld style.
A regular sized phone that would unfold in 3 pieces. So a 18:9 phone would turn into a 27:18 (or 3:2) tablet. And also going from 6.4 inches to 10 inches when unfolded (regular sized tablet).
We are not there yet, maybe in a couple of years... So your phone would turn into your newspapers and back to (being) your phone.

We can't live without chinese these days..

What exactly is the use case for a 19:9 screen? Uncomfortable to hold for gaming, terrible for video viewing, doesn't seem practical for typing while standing. web pages aren't designed for that aspect, neither are apps... stupid gimmick.

Technically, the first bendable phone screen was the iPhone 6 plus.. but only if you sat on it while in your back pocket..
This though.. I can't understand why it hinges length ways? All you have more is a really tall, really narrow phone, that opens up into a tablet that's only slightly bigger than done phones? Neither of which are pocketable, which was kind of the point?

We wanted something different, here it is! Is it perfect? No. Is It expensive? Yes. Is it for everyone? No. But it does set up the foundation to some revolutionary things. And they did it first. So congrats, Samsung!

Very dissapointed, that hinge thing didint realy make it realy fully foldable screen. Plus chipset is laughable sd855 for such an expensive model, they could come up with some custom or give 9820 option, which proofs is faster in cpu compartment.
