Why Gsmarena ignored to post the news that mentioned Bluetooth radiation is dangerous, a cause of brain tumors and some 200 scientists have signed petition against wireless Bluetooth receivers.

Anonymous, 15 Apr 2019That's what you think, but it's not!the truely wireless ear buds have poor sound quality, only supports 20 year tech standard bluetooth at 320kbps sec, sounds compressed and lifeless, while 3.5mm and the phones (except onkyo dp-cmx1) sound average at best, it does sound slightly better than truely wireless as neither are designed for audiophile quality, however, with high bitrate wireless the potential for significantly better quality sound than 3.5mm is there, sadly, literally very few with bluetooth 5.0, but shure and audiotechnia released a mmcx receiver for in ear monitors, but with aptx hd and ldac there are quite decent range of receivers and headphones which make all truely wireless earphones and even 3.5mm jacks (apart from dp-cmx1) sound like tinny cassette player, such as sony 1000XM2/3, audio technica at-pha55bt, astell and kern ak10, ect...
it's also noted that with constant charging of truly wireless earphones, up to 3 times a day, if for a year and half, it would charged at least 800 times and lose around 70% battery capicity, that really bad for truly wireless earphones as they have very short battery span anyway

with an old sony xperia phone or tablet, there is native support for ps3 and later ones ps4 controller, you can create a very decent emulation console with this, play snes, megadrive, pc engine, gameboy advance, ps1, n64 etc, with a joypad bracket (third party) you can make portable as well, bluetooth audio is a bonus

But can you do that with wired headset while your phone is plug to the wall charger?

Even if you have a powerbak always with you, there is no freedom into wating for charge, there is also no freedom carring a powerbank with you and having to charge it. I do not know what for you freedom means, but well, i feel there is no freedom having to charge my phone every two days, is annoying and i always forget to do that. So i rather use some good quality wired headphones, never having to charge them and one radiation factor less that goes through my head. No that's freedom.

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2019"Bluetooth was conceived as a wireless data transfer method... moreoppo was the first to drop the headphone jack way back 2014 with the r5. i don't consider myself an audiophile because i don't have the money to invest in expensive audio hardwares, but i think i have valid credentials as a professional club dj for the past 2 decades to speak a thing or 2 about audio quality. bluetooth really has come a long way and i can very well say it is just a myth that it is not good enough for audio transmission- i don't really hear any kind of difference if i listen to a lossless music file using wired or wireless headsets, in the same way that there is no perceived difference as well when listening to a regularly compressed music file through wired or wireless headsets. the only thing that i am seeing that's a boon for bluetooth music is latency, which really does not matter to most music listeners unless you are a professional music producer who uses smartphones for, well, music production. i have so far not heard of any musician who produced a song using just a smartphone. i currently am using a razer phone 2 and a pacophone f1- the pocophone f1 has the jack but the razer phone 2 doesn't; on the razer phone 2 i use either bluetooth or the bundled thx certified usb-c to jack adapter. on all 3 options, i only am hearing better audio quality on the usb-c to jack adapter.

BT vs. jack - with BT, you need some portion of luck. Not every two devices play nicely together, wireless connection can be awfully glitchy when you run into a bad combination of tech. With jack, you just plug it in and are good to go (but your enemy number one is every single door knob closer than 2 m and keep in mind that the cables ARE living organisms - they tangle within seconds when not in use :D). So both options have pros and cons, let's let everyone have their favourite ;)
IR - I don't know if I did anything wrong but I can't agree with the statement in the article that it's a thing that just works somewhat universally. Every time we've got a new TV, it came with a remote - and even though we've tried, the old remote just didn't work. Sometimes it was able to turn the new TV on/off or other simple functions worked (volume, channel up/down) but usually only one or two of them, never all the functions of the remote... I've never had an opportunity to try one of those "universal" remotes but the brand ones definitely weren't interchangeable when I was still a TV user (say 10 years ago).

Companies killing jjack is not mine decision is their and you and all of mobile users have nothing else just to ascend over it and accept the fact this is the only way how to improve wireless technology even more.

Just leave Bluetooth as it is (transferring of data). I would rather they improve the speed of Bluetooth transferring of data rather than shoving us an option to listen to and "receive prolonged radiation". Essential / Motorola started dropping jack first, no one bat an eyelid. But when (Cr)Apple does it, everyone loses their minds.

I don't see them as a BURDEN. We neutral users see it as an innovative way of connecting to TVs, projectors etc. With statements like that, manufacturers are "more than willing" to drop the good-ole trusty 3.5mm jack. Having mini HDMI ports is an option back then without the need to drain battery too much unlike wireless projection nowadays.
