I am not a scientist, but people should be concerned about the impact 5G on health.
The deployment of the 5G (f wireless network, including 5G from space satellites. 5G will massively increase exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation on top of the 2G, 3G and 4G networks for telecommunications already in place. RF radiation has been proven harmful for humans and the environment.

We will have “smart” homes, “smart” businesses, “smart” highways, “smart” cities and self-driving cars. Virtually everything we own and buy, from refrigerators and washing machines to milk cartons, hairbrushes and infants’ diapers, will contain antennas and microchips and will be connected wirelessly to the Internet.

In addition to millions of new 5G base stations on Earth and 20,000 new satellites in space, 200 billion transmitting objects, according to estimates, will be part of the Internet of Things by 2020, and one trillion objects a few years later.

How much damage does it to do to DNA, cells and organ systems in a wide variety of plants and animals. There are people who are suggesting that cause of major diseases of modern civilization—cancer, heart disease and diabetes—are in large part caused by electromagnetic pollution.

How much of this exposure if safe? How much research has been done?

My advice turn off Wi-fi when not using. Avoid using bluetooth devices. Try using wired headphones, wired keboard, wired internet etc...

    Not a chance.
Here in Slovakia maybe at 2025 we get a 5G network :-)

Abdu, 29 Apr 2019I think first they have to decrease data rates. For eg most ... moreIf 4G Internet package can be even cheaper when 5G is coming this is very welcome. 5G for who always download movie and watching 4K youtube... While 4G for save money.

Well, actually using 5G and thinking it was a good choice.
Yes, the coverage is not good for now, but the service plans are not that expensive as expected, and this plans are only available for a while, so I choosed 5G phones and using well with that.
But if you are not living in Korea, I recommend to reconsider your choice. Honestly, LTE services are fine with me.

Early adopter premium, poor separate-modem battery life, and dubious real-world benefit? I'll pass. The 4G in my country is fast enough that only the carriers will benefit from 5G.

              many reasons not to:
              1. first gen phones will not be efficient. plain and simple.
              2. the 5G will take time to mature and be widely available.
              3. the price when it is available will be quite expensive at least for a couple years.
              4. the current 4G for me is fast enough for basic internet needs, the problem with it is the cost of the "unlimited" access. *Quotes are used as the unlimited is limited in bandwidth and gigs available.

                      you are missing one option

i am stuck on 4g for the time being since my countrys carriers are not implementing 5g yet

There isn't any reason to buy one until your carrier offers it in your area.

4G is really fine. %G brings intense microwaves in a already saturated soup of elctro frequencies and i question at this stage if human health and cities really need the ramped up version. Not enough homework has been done to some extent. Man if we could see these with the eye we would be walking in barbed wires everywhere. Just need the balance and 4G is already strong

I'm happy to wait until 2025. By that time 5G will be two a penny. I like cheap not expensive.

I think first they have to decrease data rates. For eg most of the packages are 10gb or 15gb or 20gb.If 5g has 500mbps(or atleast 100mbps) then package will get over in 1 week.so its not worth. And when 5g will roll out they will again increase price.I think they can make 4g better by little more investment and decrease the package price.

Currently, 5G available in some areas in Qatar. Once we receive any 5G device we can use it. By the way, If I am using my 5G mobile as a Hotspot , am I gonna have the same speed on my laptop or nearly ? Thank you

not this year, most likely not next year, not until a reasonable extended net of 5G providers is up and working. meantime the 5G phones will get rid of childhood illnesses.

The 5G version of the S10 doesn't have the SD card slot so I won't buy it.
I rarely use mobile data, but I use the SD card every single day.
So far I don't feel the need to upgrade my S8+, but if I will, I'll get either the S10+, either Note 10, either Sony Xperia 1.
