They now have "enough" time to setup a new provider while still giving their own customers the service they paid for.
This will allow them to conclude the Android Q beta and even release the stable release on their phones.

I think US ban Huawei because of Huawei rename tracking US server IP address from android to China server. US loose the track and ban Huawei.
