Who will use ARM A77 CPU if Mediatek is KO, Kirin is out and Samsung won't use only their Mongoose CPU?
And about the CPU the same issue, even Samsung said that they will go custol GPU by 2020...

Also, these mali GPUs are quite weak compared to Apple's or even qualcomm's GPUs.

It's not... moreWhat a joke of explanation! since iPhone X mAh 2670 comes with tiny battery compare even to mid range android phones and still last same as MAh 3500 of android phones if it’s not even better lol. Battery issue only happens with older iPhones, but not anymore with latest iPhone get your fact right.

Also Apple... moreApple is fast only on one cylinder workloads, Linux is designed for super computers and improved all the time so ARMs is a piece of cake also window have this limitations computers with more than 4 cores runs faster on Linux

It's not the optimisation. Apple's processors are literally bigger. More silicone, more transistors, more expensive, more powerful.
In my head CPUs are like car engines.
Core count is the number of cylinders.
Clock speed is the number of revs.
Androids have more "cylinders" and run at higher "revs".
Apple have bigger "cylinders"/bigger "engine".
In the same context you can see why apple processors are more energy hungry and why the whole battery thing happened. Older batteries had trouble supplying the peak energy required by the processors.

Samsung is coming out with the... moreI maybe wrong but even though Samsung is planning to make their own GPU(they already have custom CPUs), they can't do it without ARM(for the CPUs at least) cause they take the designs from ARM and improve upon them. I'm almost certain about this for the CPUs but for the GPUs I think they can make them from scratch but is easier sometimes to improve upon an already developed product.
*I don't know if companies can make from scratch ARM architecture CPUs, but if they can, this may help as it gives them more flexibility but will it be good, stable, efficient etc like the ARM designs?
**also I many hear in the comment section say now that ARM stopped working with Huawei they will lose money etc. What I know is that ARM designs the architecture & CPU blueprints(doesn't produce) and sell the license to other companies.

When Samsung started developing a new 'architecture' for its CPU?? Remember ARM is architecture/design not company producing chips. GPU is different where they can use any design.
