The Mi A3 price of 250 is unacceptable. If you think otherwise then you're in denial
250 would be ok for the CC9 but not the CC9e

As long as the screen is top tier quality you couldn't be able to tell the difference, plus anyone with brain would pick AMOLED over LCD anyday day of time, son.

@EXPERT VILLIAGE, I have not seen any serious DC dimming reviews w/ oscilloscope etc. Has the problem with aggressive 100-240Hz PWM been fixed? Fuck OLED.

This is ridiculous... moreP smart and Honor Play have FHD+ display and cheaper price but neither of them has same great design , better build qualty , super amoled display , in display fingerprint sensor , IR sensor , triple cameras with 48mp main and wide angle and 32mp selfie shooter , 4000mAh battery with 18W fast charging nor android one and Mi A3 is only 50EUR more expensive with all these features so, which one is better value now ??

NoM, 17 Jul 2019SD 665 CPU is weaker than 660 CPU, GPU is little better, th... moreSD665 isn't slower or weaker than SD660 ( comparing Mi A2 with Mi A3 ) , both use 2.0GHz cortex A73 for heavy tasks and 1.8GHz cortex A53 for normal tasks , both use the same kryo 260 , SD665 has slightly better image ISP for camera processing , SD665 has much better ( 2x better ) AI integration , SD665 is 25-35% more efficent , SD665 has 5-10% better GPU performance . So, the SD665 is about 15-20% better than SD660 on paper but we have to wait and see real world differences between them.
Display wise, we have a bigger super AMOLED display with much smaller bezels , In-display fingerprint sensor and HDR+ compitability ( since it's the same panel type of Mi 9. not the same panel itself , but the same type ) so we have all these upgrades and can't sacrifice the resolution ? ( btw lower res display means better battery life and better gaming performance ).

well, if tou compare 250 euro tag on this you have very options: Samy A50, Lenovo Z5s, Redmi Note 7 Pro and even Pocophone F1 can be better than this, only thing this Mi A3 have better is the cameras and the ODFS and looks nothing more.

Have anyone noticed it supports a 5 year older qc 3.0 where Redmi note 7 & RN7 pro both supports qc 4.Even this for 250 euro phone.

Looks like a phone for grandparents (hopefully no offense to anyone)
All the specs are good for the price but that resolution looks like it's unacceptable for people with decent vision who are constantly reading text on browser and social media.

I don't mind resolution that much, only that it's OLED. Here is the important part for me;
1-How long till confirmation if it supports full camera 2 API (the Mi A 2 did not) ...I am not interested in rooting(why even bother with android one if you have to root the phone xD)
2- Is true 48mp or the interpolated one the redmi note 7 has?
For some reason, I feel the redmi note 7 is better xD

720p was what we didn’t expect, downgrading the screen from the last generation. This one won’t sell well, I hope.
