Do you all people want to pay more for snapdragons processor and want snapdragon to enjoy the mono-poly, this mediatek is not the same, after P60 processors everything has changed, people are saying why 12nm, the battery back or power consumption or bla bla bla not good in this G90T, i am using 14nm snapdragons 636 process asus m1 pro and i get 2 days of battery back up, the better software optimization plays a big role and mediatek is now focused on giving what people demand, the best the cheapest gaming phones. I will be buying this phone as soon as it launches and this phone should be around 14-15k for the base model, and this phone can easily play smooth extreme at consistent 60fps , and it can also play HDR EXTREME using gfx tool without any frame drops due to GPU, this G76 GPU running at 800mhz got lot of power, people who still criticizing mediatek can go and pay more for snapdragon chipset and smart people will enjoy the same at lesser price. the real competition now in midrange is honor 9x and note 8 pro and we will see a winner soon once we get a hands on.

Who cares ? MediaTek is the bull-sh-it of SoC : no kernel sources and no future development. You will stick with your current android version for the rest of your life ... and no custom ROM !
What happened to xiaomi these days ???

DrakeX, 23 Aug 2019Well sorry if you think I'm like that. I'm not even using M... moreGPL is open from the start (snapdragon they have own adreno), we don't know why mediatek still exist in mobile processor industry, they try to improve but they can't show the facts on the improvement they just lower the price so that you can buy the product that's marketing and doing some fake marketing improvement but no facts shown till now, why you will buy it if the feedback from the consumers still same and some much worst

DrakeX, 23 Aug 2019Thanks for taking the time to present an informative argume... moreAsia what, mediatek is a waste of money and a long gone if they want to be back on game they must fix the heat issue at first like AMD on ryzen series, vivo and oppo and realme most of the units they sold is on the snapdragon devices if you look at the chart sales, if you look closely they only use mediatek for new tech introduction after a good feeback they release it on snapdragon with much better performance hahahaha

DrakeX, 23 Aug 2019If bootloader unlocks, kernel source codes and custom ROMs ... morewe don't discourage people because it's mediatek, but it's really big disappointment from the start, mediatek is for entry level phones and it's crazy to put it on mid range level phones, sorry the truth hurts mediatek 12nm is past due, most of the present competition aroun 10nm for mid range phones, but it's much more better to get a snapdragon 450 hahaha no heat problems end of discussion.

DrakeX, 23 Aug 2019Quit your yapping, Helio G90T is fine as is. Benchmarks hav... morethat's cool, just asking why need a cooling for mediacrap if snapdragon and kirin and exynos don't need it to bring the A performance level, 12nm chip it's not a trend anymore for a new chip while the competition goes on 7nm to 5nm, where not close mind just look at the reality mediatek is long gone

helio g90t 12nm consume 10% more battery than a 10nm chipset
& will consume 20% more battery than 8nm chipset like SD730 & 22% more consume than chipset with 7nm like KIRIN810
so that 4500mah or 5000mah battery with 12nm chipset its like using 4000mah VS a phone using 4000mah with SD730 & KIRIN810
