I like to hear that. Huawei needs a damper because Huawei has recently become to overbearing! i hope is geting more worst in the future!

Besides sms app, which frankly... is will never use a store one (apparently you do not care about privacy) symbian was and still is in a lot of areas, far superior to android. It was a pc in your pocket. Android still dictates you which app will use backgroud and whivh nit, and where your privacy goes....

That was as a result of WP7 dropping SD card support and only offering phones with at best half the storage capacity of my recently purchased SD card. With Symbian. Could I install a new dialler? Can I choose which SMS client I want and customise it? Can I install my choice of Launcher and customise it. Need I go on? Android is vastly superior to Symbian. I value being able to tailor my phone to how I wish and not have it dictated by the OS. That's the main reason I would never look at IoS either.
WP may well have been more secure but that does not make MS better than Apple or Google in terms of the data they collect and store.

That's very very good...so I will be able to installing what I want from Google...I have Honor mate 8 China version and I dictate what G apps I need...we can install play store from where we need and another G apps with no problem...

With Samsung galaxy S & Note lines there, there is no need for Huawei, they are not cheap, and you get more chances get spied by CCP

The Huawei Mate 30 and X works best in China..so you will have to move there for the full experience.

Why didn't they just ship out the Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 10 with the Hongmeng OS? I was looking forward to how it would perform against the US brands...

WP was secure (didn't even need virus protection because all apps ran in sandbox), Symbian in other hand, had internal protection their own. Have you ever used Symbian handset? I have Nokia 808 till today. Can do A LOT.
