Of course, it is a big lie to try to sell the expensive iPhones. They don't know even what more to invent to sell overpriced phones. The quality is paid, of course, but as we see every year even the phones with better materials (not only with more expensive electronic components) adjust its prices along the time due how much overpriced they were at their release. Hopefully, in Android we have brands that operate with lower profits to gain market or whatever reason that allow us to access good phones without pay the overpriced phones that some pretend sell. And that doesn't mean that their phones will run slower along the time.
The services must be paid and can be better or worse depending the brand, but the phones are another history, they must be full operative out of the box and as an extra, maybe, get some updates in the future.
Apple fans don't have the luck of the adjusted prices and the big discounts along the time. For that reason the most cheap one is their best seller even if it's an inferior phone with clear flaws at its price. The surveys already showed that. More than half of their customers don't have any idea what iPhone they have or don't want to avoid say that they have the cheaper one and only buy the brand. Apple profit it offering the lower hardware they can for the price their customers pay and only drop the prices after a big scandal like the batteries and only for a limited time.

To be exact, I've had 4 phones. Currently on the OP6. It's been more than a year. The phone still feels like day one! Damn OnePlus and OOS! Awesome phone and software. Now, to answer your other questions, I'm not an expert or something in repair ing. But I'd love to try when it comes to software and Google is our best friend! I can't tell the same for each and everyone, but there are lots of people who do. Depending on the country I live in, there are plenty of 3rd party service centers. And lastly, anything is possible in this world. So I do think that anyone can find 3rd party service centers in this world. So try to understand properly next time or you'll end up laughing at yourself only. Peace! ;)

WTH are you smoking? it has one of the best cameras in price segment, UFS 2.1 storage and LPDDR 4x ram. And every phone has issues, just because you did not have issues with iPhone does not mean others didn't. And in same vein, just because you had issues with androids does not mean others will have too. My own iphone 6 suffered a bend the moment my friend took it and put it near his wallet. The guys at genius bar were bunch of doofuses who didn't do anything until a class action was filed by many owners. I returned it, got a cash back, bought a oneplus one and never looked back

That phone is fast and always will be fast. The only thing that could make it slower while running apps is the apps itself. There are a lot of free apps for that people that don't know how to maintain its phone along the time and free the memory, the temp folder and archives and alert you about to delete of free space when neccesary, if some apps are having ram problems, etc, too.
The problems are not due to the phones that are great, the problem is buy a complex phone and then don't have any idea of how manage it and end even using their apps in a bad way instead of learn to use them properly. That happen in iPhones too.
My oldest Android phone is running Android 4.2 with only 2GB of RAM and still rocks without any problem, run smoth do its job. Of course i'm not going to try to play asfalt on it or something else, but is as fast as it was the first day.
It is Apple the one that slows down its SoC when they want you to pay for their periodic battery exchange service, your additional $ 69 fee to stop iOS of notifying you and making you dizzy that you should pay them their overpriced battery exchange.

Snapdragon is the way to go. But if you want great performance buy phone with high specs. 6GB Ram + 128GB Storage is decent.

I have never had any problem with my Android phones even with the cheapest ones. So I don't know what kind of phones you buy or if I only read commercials from Apple posing as Android users to pour shit and try to sell their garbage.
The only thing that i see is that Apple only offer poor hardware for the price. At that price more RAM, expandable memory, faster charger, 5G, and bigger batteries should be a must. The new cameras is something that they should have added two years ago. And more when in their ecosystem you pay high prices for all kind of software and services with Apple earning money from all them including from third party hardware or software.

Meanwhile, I still own my refurbished 3 year old iphone 7 plus. And that didn't give me a problem at all! Compared to my previous android handsets such as Xperia Z5 premium dual, Vivo X9, Nvidia Tegra Note 7, oppo find x, and even pocophone f1!

The camera department has certainly improved this year for Apple but I am disappointed with how they marketed their products storage this year, last year we had the XR base storage starting with the 64gb, 128gb and the Maximum at 256gb, the Xs / Xs Max @ 64gb , 256gb and 512gb, and it’s the same again for the new model , this is really a bad marketing move from Apple this time , they should have gone with the iphone 11 @ base 64gb, 256gb and 512gb and the high end model 11pro and 11 pro max with two storage capacity with the base storage @ 128gb, and 512gb . If the 11 pro and 11 pro max comes with the base storage @ 128gb with the price tag of last year’s 64gb model variant , that should be able to keep its sales up. Guess it’s gonna be a tough one on them again this time given how their competitors has provided a more flexible options and more innovations too .

As for 5G in general, just because it isn't widespread where you are doesn't mean that's the case everywhere. As an example, 5G phones are selling like hot cakes in South Korea and are the only models of the Note 10 available there. The 5G network is a reality there, even if it isn't in every country.
