This SURFACE is million levels up that China brand, which does not have a reason at all to have two UGLY screens. This surface have various functionalities why it is having two separate screens, extremely useful ones, it has classic flows and it has excellent design and craftmanship... That China product speaks the same as your views on the mobile space...

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2019with zillion of core and ram ... faster couple millisecondyes, that's necessary for android, but to say it still lag is totally wrong. the reason ios requires far lesser cores and ram is because ios is "optimized", or in other words "crippled". don't say i don't know apple products because at home we use a few ipads and a macbook.

No phone, no tablet, no laptop, just this. This is meant for productivity. Regarding the bezels, they are not a sin and help you hold a device without accidental touches, which can happen in a dual screen clamshell device.

I've always wanted a two screen phone to play games such as cards with a friend. They look at one screen without looking at my screen, and I look at my screen without looking at their screen. Sometimes, the best ideas are the simplest ideas. Way to go Microsoft, and get back in that race with Apple.

I'm shocked at all the praise Microsoft is getting. These are some truly, uninspiring devices that will have no impact at all. Only a very select few will actually purchase these dead on arrival products due to loyalty (like Appletards). Honestly, these are the opposite of innovation. They slapped on a friggin' hinge. That "phone" is hideous and looks cumbersome to use in every possible configuration and the Surface was already pretty difficult to use to begin with, but hey, at least it's easier to access emojis now!

I think this looks like a great idea. This is an early prototype, the bezels will probably get much smaller, and the gap between screens too. Phones with foldable screens are amazing, but their prices are out of this world, this has the potential to be a nice alternative, as long as it's reasonably priced.

Some bezels would be fine, considering its size and function, but not this much.
