Sony need to go back to thier Sony Ericsson days and make music phones and camera phones with actual camera features. Also every phone is the same OS and not much is different between phones.

AnonD-731363, 02 Nov 2019I am using the head thats why i dont care for mono or stere... morehearing the same from left and right of earphones is not stereo... it is still mono, meaning single sound... stereo sound gives different volumes of different sounds on different ears... it is like being on a concert ground with real musical instruments... and that is not even a hi-res audio... i am not an audiophile but i prefer stereo music...

This way i can turn even mono into stereo because i hear the same thing on both ears equaly.

Sony is midrange company its far from the top in the line but is not as bad as Myphone or Cherrymobile or Alcatel.
And they should learn to sell for competitive prices.
Selling a below average midranger for 500 is sony style but this way they will be forced to close its bussines.

Owning a phone shop with almost 40 shops around my country and to be honest dont have much repairs under warranty for a xiaomi devices.
Not more than for any other brand like Samsung, Sony, LG etc.

In most contires people earn enough to buy uoper midranger or flagship from xiaomi but wont spend even penny for a low end but very costly Sony device.
Sony was it is and always will be great but if they dont understand that money doesnt grow on trees and dont start to sell with competitive prices chinese brands such as Xiaomi or Meizu will eat them like nothing.
Beccause for one Sony flagship people can buy 3 xiaomi redmi K20 pro which is equaly same device without some gimmicks which 90% of people will never use anyway.

Screen of Xperia 1 has more value than whole K20 Pro.
Man you are funny. Screen cost 60 dollars to make. NFC is not essential thus is not needed and mono audio is enough. Just put the jack in and use earphones or earplugs. This way mono or stereo doesnt matter.
Please start thinking before posting nonsense.

sony mobile division should re-design their products that should be more appealing to global consumer, not just japan consumer.. for example, they need to put bigger battery, the pattern of how japanese people use their phones are different from people outside japan. And they should reconsider the pricing of their midrange products, right now their midrange phones are way too overpriced with so-so specs while other manufacturer like samsung or vivo can deliver products wih upper-midranger spec at the same price
