Sad that no love is out there... moreSony sensors are better than Samsung.
Samsung sensors are better than omnivision.
Chinese brands will choose imx686 (1/1.7" 64MP) over isocell 108MP.
Much more tech there.

This Will be very nice, no notch. I hope in the sector of battery P40 pro will have 6000mAh battery or at least more than 5000mAh with basic option 12GB and maximum 16GB ram ( because Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and one Plus 8 will start from this point of equipment). And I hope Huawei to bring it in Europe. If troubles with Google continues or will be solved in any case Huawei must stop the dependance from Google, because Google prevents Huawei evolution. Huawei and All Chinese companies must to cooperate to bring an alternative OS, because IOS and Android are monopoly and are blocking the evolution of the Chinese smartphone industry.

Anonymous, 15 Jan 2020"The sensor pixel size is 0.96μm" Not correct, if it's a 1/... moreThat seems more appropriate. Even on previous P20, Mate 20 & P30 (Pro) has the 2.0 micron pixel size when pixel-binned. It will be a downgrade with this leaks suggest, eventhough not a big difference.
Nevertheless, smartphone camera progress is for sure fast-paced now, with everyone putting a big camera sensor, which is a plus.

There is one practical application folks and that is housing 5g antennaes

"The sensor pixel size is 0.96μm" Not correct, if it's a 1/1.3" type sensor. Samsung's 1/1.3" type sensor has an area of 69.5mm², this means that the pixel pitch would be 1.156 micrometer and the binned pixel size would be 2.31 micrometer
