AnonD-34116, 08 Jun 2012The display, pentile or rgb?nokia doesn't use pentile displays... that said, the displays are pretty low res... that said, the os doesn't have much to offer anyway so it doesn't matter whether its a 1080p screen or 240x320 screen for those phones... go buy a dslr.

Wow what a great camera and a bonus with smart phone.i am waiting for it. i like to put a supper camera always in my pocket i like to put dolby surround music in my pocket
i like to carry a full featured smart phone in my pocket. its simple! its a smart phone.forget about company,forget about OS, be cause i will use it maximum 1 to 2 years, then may be another new model pureview.

PV is the game changer when it comes to cameras let alone cameraphones. Actually, its not impossible that in the coming years samsung and apple might follow suit and develop a cam technology like this of nokia. Samsung Galaxies and iPhone cams take great pics dont get me wrong but they still fall in the category of cameraPHONES. They wont stand a chance with dedicated cameras. BUT PV WILL! Nokia will still be leader

It should cost €250, at mo... moreHave you ever own a high-end nokia. Its build quality is superb. It doesn't need that much power because symbian runs much faster on an 1.3 cpu than any other os does. And this phone is all about the camera. It's very easy to use, its fast, the baterry lasts long.
The only problem i see is that crappy flash player. Beacuse of it you cant watch HD clips on youtube or any other site even tghow the phone is fullhd capable with allmost any video format you can think of.
And when it comes to design, some people like it, some dont. Its personal preference so no comment on that.

You should do some search and read about PV technology, then see the pictures taken by 808 and then look at the videos shot with it. The videos are really incredible and if you wouldn't know that they were done by PV, you would think they're done with a high-end DSLR. Those results are theorically explained by the fact that 808 is able of pixel binning which is something that only proffessional cameras can do. If you don't want to face facts, that's your problem...
