mandalaphone, 05 Aug 2020I also never called you names (*analogous to android boys*)... more
People are telling you but you don't LISTEN, I don't call anyone hard headed for nothing, here are the posts you would ignore:

"I've been saying for years that smaller phones need to make a comeback, and this is just more proof. Too bad most Android manufacturers don't see that. At least it's satisfying to see the point proven for me after many arguments on here. :P"

"Its all about iOS and full integration with other Apple systems, and not about the badge. Some people just want things to be realiable 99.9999% of the time and not have to waste time tinkering with the system. Apple products just work. And they let you focus on other, more important things rather than focusing on the devices themselves."

And as for me having a cozy relationship with apple, you are completely mistaken, you likely also missed my post recommending an android device I consider to be a good one:

"Check out the pixel 4a, it's a fully loaded midrange phone but not oversized at all."

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2020Better be honest, you and the other android boys simply are... moreI also never called you names (*analogous to android boys*). Maybe when you learn how to be civil in sharing your opinion then you'll start posting without the guise of anonymity.
This being said, I still believe that the SE has major flaws. And I still believe that people who bought it wanted an "Apple" for 399$.

Anonymous, 03 Aug 2020Better be honest, you and the other android boys simply are... moreIt seems you're judgmental and blinded by your additive brand coziness. I've never compared Android and iOS coz it's a personal preference imho. I've also never compared any other phone (neither Android nor iPhone) with the SE.

There's a couple of posts right down below offering some insight but you wouldn't see or listen, you android boys are hard headed and can see nothing but a list of phony specs and useless features to judge what is good and what is not.

You're loyal to the brand (whatever they throw at the consumer), good for you. Hopefully they'll recognize your loyalty.

Yes, given its specs the SE won't be on anybody's radar if it didn't carry the Apple logo. I know this might hurt your unblemished staunch of loyalty to the brand but it is true.

Sometimes you own iphones sometimes you don't. U never owned one.

domraym, 01 Aug 2020I wonder why android manufacturers won't release a SD8... morePeople don't by iPhones for their processor, screen, quality etc. these arguments are limited to the rather tech-inclined crowd. Most Apple users don't know what the A13 is. They buy iPhones either because of the brand's ubiquity or for the Apple eco-system. This is why any newly released iPhone will be considered one that fills in a gap segment.
The same btw applies to most Android users. They don't know what a SD, Kirin or Exynos is.
Come to think of it, for 400$ there are a plenty of decent Android options out there. But most Android sales are for the sub 200$ segment.
In a nutshell, take the Apple brand out of the picture the SE will not be on nobody's radar!

P.S. I always buy my iphones used, from special shops with 12 months warranty. I pay less money and sometimes can get good deals (like Xs for 525EUR or iphone 8 for 275EUR). Batteries usually are minimum 85% with minor to none "visual defects". And I do not mind to have 2 years or even 3 years old models. In the case of iphones this doesn't matter as their software services extends to 5-6 years. Also, the resell value is very good. I could easily get 50% from the value I paid for it, after couple of years.

I have XS Max & 11 Pro Max both 512 GB. I like iPhones in general but Android is the future imo. Apple obviously can’t control cost anymore and it only gets ridiculously expensive. What I get in Oneplus 8 Pro is way more valuable than iPhone 11Pro Max after nearly paying 180% more for similar mobiles in iPhones.

It’s very indicative, but whenever you see 70% of the comments coming from haters in an Apple device article, it means that the device in question is good enough to trigger their hate.
