2011 Xperias won't get Jelly Bean, no ICS for Optimus 2X and Black

I have an x10 and that went straight from android 1.6 to 2.1 then 2.3.3 they skipped 2.0 2.2 2.3.0 2.3.1 so on and so forth
While i had my x10 they did many updates that were solely to improve performance functionality UI like multi touch, camera features, full HD recording, multi focus, battery life improvements. improvements to social media integration timescape improvements, mediascape improvements
all these updates were done independently from android updates.
I dont see why they need to spend all that time and money going from 4.0 to 4.1 do the small advantages really warrant the time and money
Another thing they never said they not gona update all there phones so think before you speak.
And for those of you who have actually owned a droid you would know that it can be tweaked till your hearts content update or no update or if you know what you doing you can even wait till someone at xda developer releases a jellybean rom and root it.
So stop being cry babies or getting butt hurt and buy it or don't buy it but don't come on here and post stupid comments.

I have a xperia mini pro on the in the UK and up to now i have not receive the adroid ICS update. This is the first and last sony phone i'll ever buy.

I do not understand why so many versions of software android.Phone manufacturers can not upgrade them. My phone is Xperia Arc, but for my wife i will buy the next iphone.

shit. if the o2x isnt getting ics because nvidia isnt releasing ics drivers for the tegra2, then no ics for my atrix :/

This is because there is not a big underlying difference between ICS and Jellybean (contrast to the big difference between Gingerbread and ICS).

Example LG along with Samsung who only updates their flagship I. E S2 and note no other Samsung phone of 2011 got ICS!

You should have done your research before posting this.
The info from LG Canada, posted a number of times, is that it was a regional decision based on marketing and that each region makes the decision based on their local marketing needs.This is despite the LG Facebook post stating it would be a global rollout.
LG UK has since given September as a timeframe for ICS for the 2x.

Now folks this is how a company loses its fanbase . . . to think that sony even had a supporting article that ICS is seemingly alittlebit more unstable than that of their Gingerbread update I think Sony owes it to consumers to bring JB to 2011 line xperias which smoothens the ICS experience . . . You suck Sony ! ! !
