Exactly why u need buy Sony. Worst update company. Now LG. and sgs 2 owners worried!? Should have bought a iPhone 3GS, still updates 5 years later.

mobile master, 27 Jul 2012but how could this be the xperia s is same as one s, and if... moredude, they only said that bout Arc S and Mini Pro, not bout every Xperia handset.. Plus there's a great probability that Xperia S will get JB update as it's Sony Xperia's 'spotlight' mobile. so no sweat :)

Just like the updates within 2.x, this is an update of 4.0->4.1

Lg disappointed it's smartphone users to many times with their update delays after delays an occasionally cancellations.At least they should update the Optimus 2X and Optimus Black to Gingerbread 2.3.7 in order to try to make up for there constant lies.

well, there isn't any device that got 3 android updates other than itself Sony ericsson's xperia X10. I believe they do good job on updates and also updated all 2011 lineup. So we should stop complaining and ranting about 'hurr durr I'm not getting update hurr duur go to hell sony'. this is how stuff works. If they update old devices to JB then who will buy their new phones? also, who will be responsible if your device couldn't handle JB resulting in bad performance, lagging or restarting? Use some brain guys.
