im android phone user all life , but i know iphone is the best and premium only bad thing for me is the not free instaling apps on IOS ... but hey you dont have any bugs on ios ... on other hand on android i get huge amount of bugs crashes etc .. premium is premium

Care about specs? You can't be serious. Last quarter 86% of Android phones sold were phones priced under $200. They don't care specs they care the low price. Apple have nothing to offer in that price point.

iOS users 20% = ONE company = Highly Optimised. Average selling price $753 (2019).
Android will remain as the commoners/mass OS of choice, whereas iOS will continue to reign supreme in the upper market segment.

Apple only competes with itself with iOS. While Android is a bunch of competitors not just competing with Apple, but with each other. So basically Android OEMs cannibalize each other's sales.

Annas, 28 Oct 2020Again, ACTIVE iphones...so new iphones, SH iphones , older ... moreJust in 2 years only 100M you say and then talk about like 1B easy logical when iphones started from 2007 as only 13 years and they didn't sell like 100M with the first phone as it took them to grow there customers and not all buy new iphone every year. That's probably only 10% of it's user base who buy all new every year. While this news is talking about all the phones in 13 years. 1 Billion devices but not user base and i bet a lot of these devices are collecting dust on a shelf that are to old and useless for modern standards but still are counted in as active. I dont think that 13 years old iphone can still run or last over half a day with it's old battery even for a user who makes maybe one call a day and thats pretty much how much the user use the phone
