At this exact moment my android phone keeps popping up sayin "T-mobile keeps stopping". Taking 20 mins just to type this... I want to SCREAM!!!!!!!!
I used to love sprint since 2013.. ever since the merge I get service nowhere & can barely use the data I pay so much for...

After so many years with sprint, i had the sym card put in the other day an my calls are either cut off, voice is muffled, static on the line.
Service is horrible. I was told to try to get the sprint sym card put back in.
I will not be moving over to t mobile when my contract is up.

My phone worked fine until I changed my SIM card!!! I have called and chatted with TMobile about my service and still a month later it still SUCKS!!

After being happy with Sprint, I changed to a TMobile SIM card for my iPhone SE. I now have 1 bar in many places, like my home, and when not connected to my home Internet I have very, very slow or no Internet connection. No more access to Google maps if I'm lost, or ordering ahead from the car to pick up. I'm in Miami, but my daughter in NYC, who also changed her SIM with an iPhone 12 also has much worse phone connection, dropped calls, etc, though ok Internet connection. Keep your Sprint SIM as long as you can!!
I've called twice, tried all kinds of tech fixes advised by support, but it's the Network. I'll def e changing networks, as soon as I pay of the phones.

Had to find a new carrier once T-Mobile took over sprint. Used to have perfect connection with unlimited unthrottled mobile data. After the takeover I would not get text till hours after they were sent to me. Could not browse the web or connect to mobile banking apps. And calls were equally bad :(. RIP Sprint you will be missed. Had to get rid of my phone number I've had since I first ever got a phone.

I walk the rural country roads and had perfect signals all the time. Then T-MOBILE took over with Fantastic 5G offer of a lifetime. Wow I thought this is even going to get better. I be dancing in the bean fields. Screw that. Now I cant get proper signal at home with the latest brand new 5G phone. Yes, yes they have lousiest signal I have encountered. And don’t use Mapquest on rural road w TMobile 5G service. You will encounter ZERO G, not gravity.
T-Mobile expert are experts to transferred the call from one expert to another and then to another. Yes, they are expert in transferring my multiple calls.
Does anyone know who is using Sprints’ towers etc? Apparently TMobile is not. I would love to go there.

I absolutely hate My service!!!!! Unreliable such an unsatisfied customer but they want their full money each month. They have deceived all of us with this 5G bullshit! I am switching to Verizon

TMobile has so let me down. A cap on my in game purchases. Despite the fact that I pay my bill ahead of time. I can't talk to anyone not in India. Anyway...... looking for another carrier.

I was a loyal sprint customer ... moreI did keep my sprint SIM card when they first tried giving it to me but I still had good service at the time but within the last month and a half or maybe more it’s finally become horrible in places I used to have great service in tgat my friends with Verizon of at&t didn’t well that has changed. I’m switching to cricket this week I can’t afford to not have service.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with these issues! I mean, that doesn't change the fact that the service went to crap after Sprint merged w/ T Mobile. We loved Sprint! Never ONCE had any issue with service. Now, all I want to do is scream!

Stay away from T Mobile, unless you want to spend your life on the phone with their service center in Central America trying to figure out why their bill has no resemblance to what the in-store reps tell you or what is on their website. Flim flam artists. I prefer 2 paper cups and a string.
