I've been with Sprint for 21 years and never ever had an issue until i bought a brand new phone and Sprint merged with T Mobile. My zip code is 94303. I have to call for tech help daily and keep getting different answers. Towers in my zip code are still being upgraded so they say. Went to T Mobile and had sim card replaced and my issues are the same: no internet connection or calls will drop in the middle of conversations, texts won't go thru. Its a freaking nightmare and i am totally fed up!!!!! I am searching for a new carrier

Cathy, 11 Apr 2022This change has been a total nightmare!! Free phones, free ... moreSame here. We’re getting double billed by both Sprint and T-Mobile and now Sprint is threatening to send us to collections. The latest and greatest is that a T-Mobile representative wanted us to go to a store so that she would call us and verify that we are in the T-Mobile customers! We migrated back in December!

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER, 15 Apr 2022T-mobile has the world's worst service. My phone sits ... moreJust avoid it altogether. We switched and we were promised that T-Mobile would pay off our balance from Sprint. This is the balance of the money for the device. I’ve talked to seven different people who promised me up and down that it would be taken care of and that I would never have to call about this again. Now we’re being threatened to be sent to collections. When we called again yesterday, the T-Mobile representative wanted us to go to a T-Mobile store so that she could verify that we were T-Mobile customers! She said she would call us while we were at the store. Are you kidding me? We were forced to switch over and we did this six months ago! What a nightmare. Class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

T-mobile has the world's worst service. My phone sits and buffs while trying to use the internet. Had Sprint for 13 years and was informed by T-mobile I had to switch the Sim Card to T-mobile. Going to switch to Pre Paid Plan or Verizon.

This change has been a total nightmare!! Free phones, free lines, not true. Have to call every month and talk to several people and nothing is changed. I will NOT be renewing with them once my contract with the "free" phones is over. So extremely disappointed with T-Mobil.

I have no mobile internet for a good chunk of the day every single day.I'm paying way to much to not have service. If the wind blows I don't have service. If it gets cloudy I don't have service. I think T mobile is absolutely horrible. I'm going to pay off each and every phone and buy prepaid phones. At least I'll be paying a lot less for s***** service.

I've been with T-Mobile for 28 years and I've never, ever had a single dropped call or any problems at all. Now that they merged and started with 5G I've bought 3 brand new phones and none of them work. It's not the phones, it's the service. I've been pulling my hair out for the past 3 months and have spent about 30 hours trying to fix this. I've always been very loyal to T-Mobile, but now it sucks! And my phone does not work at all. I think their ads are very misleading about 5G.

Paul in Indiana , 18 Feb 2022We were Sprint for 15 years. We had to switch to T-Mobile ... more Agree!!! Ever since Sprint merged with T-Mobile my service is AWFUL. No longer am I am to send texts to Android phones without the inconvenience of repeatedly resending as a result of it stating could not send. What in the world has happened!! I’m in the process of switching to Verizon because having been with Sprint for eons and didn’t choose T-Mobile, and never would have, I do not want my hard earned $$$$ going to a below sun standard POS network. In addition, I get repeatedly “No service” and there is nothing wrong with my phone!!!
                            Thanks for nothing.

Tmobile does have horrible customer service. I tried getting info on the support chat site and its their sales people that you're chatting with. Once they found out I wasn't buying anything they say well if thats all i can help you with then im signing out and remember if you need anything we're always here for you. Thats happened twice to me.

I’ve been w sprint for 17 yrs and this switch over has been nothing but problems! Bad reception, charges for insurance I didn’t ask for, wrong phone was mailed when we upgraded, Didn’t give me the same deal that they gave someone else on my account when we both upgraded at the same time. Finally got that fixed. Now I’m waiting for a 200.00 refund from sprint that tmobile can’t take care of cause it’s with sprint. What the… F for tmobile!

T-mobile is the worst. I bought an S-21. Now it's locked and I own a paper weight. I've called them 10 times and they can't get my phone to unlock. I don't know what more I can do except picket the store where I bought it. It is a sprint phone but their store closed down. So now it's t-mobile. I've done everything I know to no avail. The Verizon sim card doesn't work in my phone either. And Verizon said to tell them it's still locked. They say it's unlocked but my phone says it's locked
What to do. Shaking my head in disappointment

I own an iPhone X purchased from T-mobile. I used it for the last 2 months while in The States. Now I am in Melbourne, Australia but cannot use my iPhone X because it’s locked to T-Mobile and they will not unlock it. It’s useless unless on a T-mobile network which does not exist outside of America. Am trying to persuade my family to all leave T-mobile and anyone else that will listen. Very unhappy!!!
