for those complaining are those people don't have iPhone, I got Xs Max but my charger is VIVO which is I buy the whole phone to get original Charge, since I have Money why should i beg for $50.

Anyone who’s thinks Apple thinks even a little it about the environment is absolutely an ignorant person.
The only think Apple does care about is more revenue. Selling charger bricks separately is producing way way more waste. Every single brick ships with its own packaging and a shipping package plus extra useless manuals plus shipping. The whole transit is another proof to say Apple doesn’t care about environment, actually Apple doesn’t care anything but more money.

Whatever, these droid companies are competing with each other anyways.
Huawei wouldn't want a huawei user to switch to samsung or apple.
Assuming that apple has 1B apple phones(in 2020) and 2B android phones, then BBK should have 1B.
Apple selling the same number of devices while making more money than BBK.

It clearly says 900 million iPhones and 1.4 billion Apple devices (which includes Macs and other Apple devices)
Android is easily above 3 billion.
1 billion for iOS and more than 3 billion for Android.
That's how Android has around 75-80% marketshare.

Apple strategy is clear - to REMOVE charging port and go wireless charging.
So, next purchase is apple without charging port and also without wireless charger (ecological excuse, not just to take your money) :)

Marketshare literally means how many are using Android (which is 80%)
Android users upgrade since they get something significant worth upgrading.
Apple users... Well they are left to waiting till next year...Then kept to wait till the next year as there is nothing new. This is how they end up with 5 year old hardware running software that can be beaten by 10yr old Android.
Only people who have shares of Apple care about Apple making profits. Normal people don't care who is making more profits.

Brazil makes a valid point, if Apple’s move was really intended to reduce carbon emissions, it should implement a recycling program for customers to turn in old chargers. Perhaps such a program would offer a new fast-charger for free

Marketshare also doesn't tell anything about the users. As seen, 40% of smartphone users are iPhone users and 50% are android.
Lower marketshare just proves that android users are upgrading more, thus iPhones have more longevity.
Meanwhile, apple is still making more profits while having a higher share of users than even BBK.

Apple have single hardware that is optimized to run only IOS. Android have all types of different hardware and isnt optimized specifically to run only one hardware specs. There is really low amount of population that cares about benchmarks on a phone who play games a lot and do these heavy tasks. Average joe dont even make any difference in speed using iphone or some android flagship. Even middle class phones today already are fast enough so you dont make any difference with flagship doing your browsing or what ever daily tasks. Only matters in gaming and thats the minority of people who buy a phone for gaming as top 3 features they are looking for from the phone. The majority of people dont play games on the phone or the types of games that need the resource and even then they dont spend hours a day on playing games or watch videos or what ever.
