Its a great news.. Samsuck reached the top by stealing and copying. . Its time for payback. . . They got banned in their own country. . Though both apple and Samsung SUCK. Apple scared of competition and over charging for its not so original product earning the tag Iship for its fans. . Samsuck selling cheap plastic and stolen ideas. .Both deserve to be kicked. . I wish this entire episode plays well for NOKIA. . A true innovator. .

So this now begs the question that Apple may have made other manufacturers raise their game in one way but their court action has applied the brakes even more so for the advancement of technology:

I believe in what Apple said that Samsung phone feels like iPhone because when I decided to buy phone my first option is iPhone but when I see GS2 I said it looks like iPhone and the price is cheap. But good thing I go for iPhone. I don't want to be label that my phone is copy cat.

can anyone tell me an... moreSamsung did not copy, they compared and then improved just as every company compare their own products with products from competing companies and then tries to improve the designs that are successful for their competitors, this is what drives development and improves technology! If Apple have patent for rectangular shape with rounded corners then all phones and tablets, and probably all laptops... are illegal because only Apple can make rectangular products! Every phone that is not made by Apple should actually now be illegal and banned in USA, even Nokia Lumias..., because of this verdict!
This is clearly not a legal verdict, but only show how extremly corrupt and unfair the USA justice-system is!

Just a simple math, if the penalty is greater than sales profit, say goodbye to US market. However if the penalty cheaper than profit, go ahead with sales. The world is not just US wide.

Why suing everyone all the time. Why not just sell all the products that has been produced and sell in the market. See who makes more sale no matter what OS the phone has. iPhone is old fashioned and keep producing the same style and now iPhone 5 is just long in size but still the same in width. If Apple can produce the size of SGNote, for sure I will buy no matter how expensive the phone is.
