They now owe me one new keyboard for spitting coffee all over mine after semi choking.
All i repeat ALL phones share common things, everything from keypads to green accept/make call and red end call buttons.
I was using rectangular devices in the 90's (yes folks i AM that old)and every device has had a familiar 'feel' to it. strange as it may be but even cars etc all share similarities, just look at the markings on light controls and for wipers,heaters etc etc, and when the car moves it has a familiar 'feel' to it too, maybe it is something to do with rounds wheels (which i am waiting for Apple to patent)
I just feel sorry for the consumer in all this. Lawyers and companies have got richer while we now get poorer as companies probably increase prices to make up for all this court action.

this case will take samsung more rather than cash, its prestige, its value, and its image, now, customer will question why i must buy a stolen product and will consider when they intend to buy a samsung's product, poor samsung and delight apple.

on final apple is looser, you cant stop against streams, you must move with it, in other industries American can Not stand against Chinese product, cell phone industries is not out of law, apple loose markets in 3 to 5 years and after that have a sales like abandoned luxurious phone maker Vertu.

How about the display of the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S which is manufactured by either Samsung or LG Display. They can sue Apple for using their screens and patenting it as their very own "Retina Display".

apple is afraid of samsung being on top,there are other phone company makin iphone look alike-eg check china-they are makin clone phones of all brand with dual,triple and quad sim.will apple go and sue them too-NOOOO.they just want to take out the competition(samsung)such a cheap way of doin it-the way to go is android.

No one wants to sue Nokia since they had the Symbian OS long before iOS or android
